Prompt, knowledgeable diagnosis and repair. Highly recommended. Also respond to emergencies when required. Have used several times for various problems, all satisfactorily resolved n house built 1911.

Heise's is a great company - they are easy to deal with. Plumbers get the job done, are reasonably on-time, communicative and the people answering the phone are helpful, too. I also own a rental and they make it easy to get things fixed.

It was a stressful job for me today when the city installed a new water meter at my house. Heise's plumbers were here to interface with the city plumber and connect the new meter to my house pipes. Everything went according to plan and there were no issues. As usual Heise's service is the best there is in the city.

I was very impressed with the service. It was an emergency plumbing pair, and two wonderful gentlemen were sent to my home right away. They were friendly and professional, and they did a superb job in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Heise's Plumbing. They did a fantastic job.

I have used Heises for over 2 years now and they are great, very efficient and effective. Note: I used both plumbing and electrical services.
SF Water reported excessive leakage last few days. Jose confirmed no leaks in the toilets and that the water meter was not moving so this appears to be a system issue with SF Water. Jose confirmed I will receive a written report and video of the letter asap.
