Heise's is a great company - they are easy to deal with. Plumbers get the job done, are reasonably on-time, communicative and the people answering the phone are helpful, too. I also own a rental and they make it easy to get things fixed.

It was a stressful job for me today when the city installed a new water meter at my house. Heise's plumbers were here to interface with the city plumber and connect the new meter to my house pipes. Everything went according to plan and there were no issues. As usual Heise's service is the best there is in the city.

SF Water reported excessive leakage last few days. Jose confirmed no leaks in the toilets and that the water meter was not moving so this appears to be a system issue with SF Water. Jose confirmed I will receive a written report and video of the letter asap.
Ceasar was fantastic - he really knew what he was doing. He fixed a leaking pedestal sink which was borderline IMPOSSIBLE to access. I really appreciate his effort to complete the job.
Eduardo arrived 15 minutes early! He quickly took care of the problems I called about and he had all the necessary parts on hand. He explained what to look out for to prevent potential future problems, and was as nice and polite as he could be. I would highly recommend Heises and Eduardo and will call them again the next time I need plumbing services.
Replaced a toilet. Completed the job within 60 mins.
They arrived before the scheduled time which was terrific. They were both pleasant, clean and obviously knew what they were doing. I felt comfortable and safe and happy with the work done.
Pressure toilet began running constantly and then making constant roaring sound. I thought house was going to blow up. Jose arrived in 30 min And fortunately had new part on truck for this old toilet.. all taken care of in 30 min. This is a house with only 1 toilet and guests expected in 2 hours. 🙏 For Jose and Hueise plumbing
Quick Response — I Needed the water valve that controls the flow of the water to the tank for the toilet replaced as it was compromised and leaking. I'm satisfied with the work done, especially by repair to an outdoor hose faucet. Usually, a small item is replace-only, but I still have my turtle faucet and it no longer leaks.
Serviceman very polite & competent -- so grateful for fast service last minute on a SAT morning as I recover from surgery ! The fee was expensive and a bit shocking but seniors go way back to a time in their life experience when these services cost far less.

Excellent and timely service. Experienced plumber. But $427. to just exchange the float, flush valve inside the tank I think is excessive. It took the Plumber 20 minutes from the time he arrived to the time you left to fix the toilet. My doctor charges less than that per hour!.
