Eddie was great. Skilled and professional. I’m not in a hurry to get it fixed since we have other toilets
Great job by the Heise plumbing team both Frank and Angel, worked efficiently and quickly to reset my leaky toilet.
Prompt, knowledgeable diagnosis and repair. Highly recommended. Also respond to emergencies when required. Have used several times for various problems, all satisfactorily resolved n house built 1911.
Excellent knowledgeable service. Shout out to Xandria and Brendan.
They came early for an urgent but not emergency issue and fixed the problem in a couple of minutes.
Plummers did a great job..
Excellent service
John and Jordan solved our gas lesk, clogged sinks and sump pump issue!
Heise's is a great company - they are easy to deal with. Plumbers get the job done, are reasonably on-time, communicative and the people answering the phone are helpful, too. I also own a rental and they make it easy to get things fixed.
prompt efficient service by knowledgeable staff
It was a stressful job for me today when the city installed a new water meter at my house. Heise's plumbers were here to interface with the city plumber and connect the new meter to my house pipes. Everything went according to plan and there were no issues. As usual Heise's service is the best there is in the city.
Fast, expert service, The perfect plumbing experience!
The 2 guys were excellent. Very professional and thorough
Great service! Timely, friendly, fast.
I was very impressed with the service. It was an emergency plumbing pair, and two wonderful gentlemen were sent to my home right away. They were friendly and professional, and they did a superb job in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Heise's Plumbing. They did a fantastic job.
Caesar was very efficient and professional. He understood exactly what was needed to be done. We will definitely use him (and Heise's) in the future.
Always professional, on time, very neat with installation and clean up. Their service people are always polite and competent
service guy was right on time. I'm just disappointed that it cost me $350 to learn how best to use a plunger!
I have used Heises for over 2 years now and they are great, very efficient and effective. Note: I used both plumbing and electrical services.
SF Water reported excessive leakage last few days. Jose confirmed no leaks in the toilets and that the water meter was not moving so this appears to be a system issue with SF Water. Jose confirmed I will receive a written report and video of the letter asap.
Ceasar was fantastic - he really knew what he was doing. He fixed a leaking pedestal sink which was borderline IMPOSSIBLE to access. I really appreciate his effort to complete the job.
Eduardo arrived 15 minutes early! He quickly took care of the problems I called about and he had all the necessary parts on hand. He explained what to look out for to prevent potential future problems, and was as nice and polite as he could be. I would highly recommend Heises and Eduardo and will call them again the next time I need plumbing services.
Replaced a toilet. Completed the job within 60 mins.
They arrived before the scheduled time which was terrific. They were both pleasant, clean and obviously knew what they were doing. I felt comfortable and safe and happy with the work done.
Pressure toilet began running constantly and then making constant roaring sound. I thought house was going to blow up. Jose arrived in 30 min And fortunately had new part on truck for this old toilet.. all taken care of in 30 min. This is a house with only 1 toilet and guests expected in 2 hours. 🙏 For Jose and Hueise plumbing
Quick Response — I Needed the water valve that controls the flow of the water to the tank for the toilet replaced as it was compromised and leaking. Preventing me from being and will shut it off and replace other parts. The work was done, efficiently and professionally. Always good service from Hiese’s
Huge help, very friendly and professional, and came right on time! Thank you!!!
Always very good work as usually. Gentlemen was very professional and nice.
They went above and beyond to get everything fixed on time and within budget. I always recommend Heise!
fast response; super service
Called at the beginning of the World Cup Final to get things unclogged, Heise’s had everything flowing and fixed by the final whistle. Highly recommend.
I'm satisfied with the work done, especially by repair to an outdoor hose faucet. Usually, a small item is replace-only, but I still have my turtle faucet and it no longer leaks.
Serviceman very polite & competent -- so grateful for fast service last minute on a SAT morning as I recover from surgery ! The fee was expensive and a bit shocking but seniors go way back to a time in their life experience when these services cost far less.
A wonderful company to work with. I have worked with them for decades and they are great for normal plumbing calls and emergency work.
speedy service and they solved our issue.
Heise Plumbing installed our water heater several years ago and their service was amazing. We recently had two issues: our kitchen sink had a serious leak and a toilet that would no longer flush properly. We called Heise and they had someone over the next morning exactly at the time scheduled. Our service person…
Excellent and timely service. Experienced plumber. But $427. to just exchange the float, flush valve inside the tank I think is excessive. It took the Plumber 20 minutes from the time he arrived to the time you left to fix the toilet. My doctor charges less than that per hour!.
Great service for 34 years
Very responsive customer service and they were here within a couple hours..
Heise's has now become my preferred go-to for plumbing needs. The 4 people I dealt with to install a new toilet were a joy to deal with and expert at their jobs! Pleasant, professional and efficient! They were such a delight and seemed to be happy in their jobs... what a difference that is from the grumpy, stressed…
Very professional, provided accurate quote before service began, advised followup suggestions to prevent future issues.
The technicians were prompt showed up really fast and the work was done. I am very thankful to this company for such professional technicians in their service.
Plumbers did a great job! They were polite and professional.
Prompt late in the day service. Followed up on the work and kept me informed so I could update our tenants. Nice work!
Don’t know what is wrong
Quick, professional, knowledgeable. Had two completely separate issues which they fixed promptly within two hour. Would love to use them again!
Took care of us
I had 2 spigot that needed replaced. I called to get an estimate it was on the higher side $350.00 an hour excluding parts. Appointment was scheduled for next day 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 arrival. Brandon was on time and replaced the 2 spigot in less than an hour. He was professional and quick. Made sure my water…
Brandon was great; fixed our leaking toilet in a jiffy and patiently explained what he had done! From initial phone call to fix was less than 5 hours! Have been a loyal customer for many years.
Perfect work on time
great service
Both times I've had Heise's out to do work on our plumbing, they have been professional, thorough and timely. Matteo helped us out today, and explained everything thoroughly while he worked. Thank you, Matteo!
i highly recommend the services of my appliance tech, John Hernandez. He was courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. He was accompanied by Eduardo, who was also courteous and knowledgeable.
You got out here right away and we’re able to manage the things that were a problem.
Caesar appeared promptly, with the required equipment, removed the obstruction. I am happy and would choose your service in the future.
The response to our toilet overflowing was immediate. We appreciate their expertise and speed in responding to our emergency. Equally appreciated was the valuable information about what is happening and how to avoid it in the future. We highly recommend Heise's Plumbing.
Very prompt service for those terrible plumbing emergencies and the plumber was clearly experienced and took care to do a good job as well as cleaning everything up once work done
Technician was knowledgeable and able to convey what was going to be done. He was efficient and kept area clean and neat Turned out that I just needed to use a plumbers helper, plunger, and it was of course helpful, but cost way too much.
Easy peezy job but we contacted your company because we were uncertain about installing a new toilet apparatus. Wish the $350 price wasn’t so high for a ten minute visit, but I guess that’s the nature of business, right? There really should be a sliding scale for the complexity of the job. Thank you. We tipped the…
The installers were on time and did a great job installing the new toilet.perfect technician.
Ontime, very professional and helpful. Answered all my question to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
I would totally recommended them. They were right on time and able to come out the same day to replace broken toilet bowl components. Excellent work.
Quick response, professional, and most importantly they fixed the issue.
Hopefully we finally got to the root of the problem. But it took 3 different visits....
Very Good . This was done with efficiency and attention to detail
My experience with Heise's continues to be excellent. From the friendliness of the person who answers the phone when I call and the friendliness and competency of the person they send makes them the best. This time I got Ceasar and his assistant Adrjel and they got to the root of the problem, resolved it and I was so happy.
Erick and Angel were amazing. Quick, efficient, nice, and really good at what they do!
Prompt, polite, helpful, informative!
Fast and expert service and advice. Very prompt reposnse and on time.
We've counted on Heise's for years. They always get things done quickly and professionally.
Jose was outstanding. He came in and fixed what we had been told by another plumber was an unsolvable problem with our faucet and that our entire faucet would need to be replaced. Instead Jose expertly repaired it, checked the other faucets and installed a new mechanism in our toilet. Not having to change out two…

The plumber you sent here was courteous, smart, and fast. Thank you
Cesar was very knowledgeable and took care of my situation with leaking toilet and replaced my sink facet which was dripping.
I woke up to a plumbing problem this morning and it was fixed by noon. I emailed a photo of my problem to the office at 6 AM, I received a phone call before 8 o’clock and was offered a time slot from 10 to noon or 11 to 1. The plumbers, Cesar and Easy were wonderful and they took care of the problem right away. I am…
Quick response and great customer service.
Cesar fixed the problems he was able to address with parts on hand and advised us on how to obtain replacement parts for a uniques faucet at the best price. Performed all work in a timely manner and was very personable.
Great service. I’ve used Heise’s for 15 years. Always good service. The repair people are knowledgeable, polite and efficient.
I love Heise’s. Not the cheapest but always good quality repairs and customer service.
Matteo was knowledgeable, clean, and punctual, and the repair was done swiftly and with no blemishes or other issues. We'll probably make Heise's our new default for plumbing jobs.
guys worked late until they got it right = no leak
Garbage disposal was clogged. Got an appointment right away. The technicians were on time and professional. They explained the problem in detail. I have used Heise's for many years and highly recommend them
We had one plumbing issue which the plumber handled very well. He also advised us on a question we asked which led to our calling Heise for an appointment to evaluate the situation - that is before it became a problem
Came promptly and did the job well. Very nice guy so that was a plus!
Plumber arrived on tiime was very courteous, the company sent e mail to confirm appoinbtment. Plumber was excellent.

Reliable and professional. They get back to you quickly and schedule right away. I have been using them for years.
Very responsive company. There said 1-2 hours and came before an hour. He was quick and finding and fixing the leaks. The price especially after the holiday was very fair. This was my second time using the company and will highly recommend them to anyone.
I needed a quick fix for a clogged toilet that wasn’t flushing properly. We have guests staying downstairs where the bathroom is located. Heise Plumbing managed to fit me in during a very tight schedule. Problem was resolved very quickly. Much appreciated.

Responded quickly, communicated clearly and got approval prior to fixing, all on one day's notice!
Thank you. Always so reliable and responsive. There is nobody like the folks at Heise’s. Sergio was so good!!! Ten stars.
Fast and responsive - helped me out late on a Sunday night. Pricing was transparent. Service provider was on-time, professional and communicative. I hope I don't need them again but they will be my first call if I ever do.
Heise’s did a great job!
On time, confident, cool, and got multiple tasks done swiftly.
Prompt service. Reliable work. Nice service people.
We had a specialty toilet and the owner went out of his way to ensure our clog was taken care throughout the entire pipe so that it wouldn't happen again in the future - above and beyond :) Thanks Guys.
Our technician was on time, identified the problem, fixed the issue in a timely manner
Heise Plumbing took care of my clogged drain quickly and efficiently.

Edwardo was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. Heise’s has been our plumber for over 20 years.
Fast service great team
I needed help with at leak and Heise's was there within 90 minutes [or less] I have always trusted them, and they have not let me down.
Arrived on time - worked quickly, efficiently, and fully resolved the problem.
Caesar replaced the seal under out toilet quickly and efficiently. He left the area spotless. Confirmed the seal was the culprit. Would have him back!
Brandon was excellent and timely.
Cesar way totally amazing. Great Service.
I was able to get a next day appointment, Brandon was prompt, very courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done. My only complaint is the $350 visit charge seems extremely high, next time I definitely will take the time to shop around.
Eric found the source of my leak in 5 minutes and identified the part that needs to be replaced. He couldn’t be a nicer fellow to deal with. Thank you Heise’s Plumbing.
Plumber Eddie Mejia was personable and efficient. I thought the price of $425 was excessive, but would certainly have Eddie back again. Jim Dobbins
Heise's Plumbing is expert, reliable, very accommodating for a repeat customer. No need to think of going somewhere else.
Resolved my problem in less than 2 days, awesome! Professional work, explained everything thoroughly. Thank you!

Brandon was excellent. He is very familiar with correcting stoppages and was careful in conducting his work making sure the problem was taken care of before leaving. Brandon was very polite, friendly and professional.
They were able to fix a wall mounted Toyo toilet that wasn't installed properly by the previous contractor.
Fast, clean, courteous, reliable! What more could we ask for!

Eddie at Heise's Plumbing serviced all three of my Geberit in wall toilets in a prompt and professional manner. Fantastic plumbers - on time, reliable and excellent work!
Heise's was the only SF plumbing company I found that had the new parts required, fill valve and gasget, to fix the toilet leak. The others recommended a new toilet because the parts are discontinued. Glad I called Heise's. Service was done inside an hour for a fair price.
We have used Heise’s for years and I’m always completely satisfied and happy with their work. They are professionals, efficient and friendly. Cassandra in the office is great and helping schedule as quickly as possible. They are clean workers and make sure that everything is spotless before they leave the work job.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and on time.
