I recently used them a couple months ago, and today one of my tenants water heater stopped working. I called Heise's plumbing this morning, and they came and replaced it this afternoon. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. They stand by their work
These professional, courteous plumbers are now "my" plumbers. My job: a non-emergency water heater replacement in a victorian. It was done the next day before noon, despite unforseeable hiccups.
A breath of fresh air, Heises Plumbing came to the rescue when our hot water heater died unexpectedly. I had another company come first that had discount coupons mailed to us. Bad idea! Their discount estimate was $1200 above Heises flat rate. Erick & his partner arrived the next day and everything was smooth and…
I've called on Heise's for all my plumbing needs for decades and always been totally satisfied with their service on many levels: customer service, quality products, prompt response and service, professional employees.
Heise's is easy to deal with, professional and fast. We were so fortunate to get same day (actually, same hour!) service when our water heater went out. We've used them before and would highly recommend.
I had such a great experience with Heise’s Plumbing from start to finish and would 100% use their services + recommend them to a friend! I initially called because of a leaking water heater, and they promptly sent out a supervisor, Gil, to inspect the issue. Gil was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.…
My buddy Gil came out and we had a good talk about the pluses and minuses of different kinds of hot water heaters. Once I went ahead, Heise's scheduled the installation of a regular gas model the next day and the guys even showed up a bit earlier than scheduled-- but not inconveniently so-- to start draining the…
I had my water heaters replaced. The technicians were very polite and professional. They were very organized neat, explained what they were doing and cleaned up . I have been using Heise for years.
Men arrived promptly. Did the water heater replacement quickly. Explained how to drain it for maintenance.
Very satisfied with the new heater provided, the quality of service, the timeliness of installation and the billed cost; Caesar, the install technician, was experienced, capable, personable, and diligent. Five stars to everyone at Heise's, the product and the whole process. No more cold showers!
Heises Plumbing was very responsive. New water heater installed same day service. I highly recommend.
A wonderful company to work with. I have worked with them for decades and they are great for normal plumbing calls and emergency work.
Heise Plumbing installed our water heater several years ago and their service was amazing. We recently had two issues: our kitchen sink had a serious leak and a toilet that would no longer flush properly. We called Heise and they had someone over the next morning exactly at the time scheduled. Our service person…
Excellent service, great responsiveness. On time and smooth installation of new water heater and removal of old.
The plumbers were on time, friendly and professional & got the job done quickly. Before leaving, they didn’t give any advice on maintenance, like flushing/draining the water heater once a year to prevent sediment buildup. I thought they should have mentioned that. Good communication with their office getting the…
I called and they came right away! Quick, clean and great job.
I love these guys. Honest, fast, accurate. Both times I’ve used them they’ve been able to come within a day and fix the problem each time. Recommended!
Had a kitchen sink leak reported by tenant on a Saturday. Called Heise and spoke with Mike at noon. By 1 pm, his crew were over fixing leak and replacing garbage disposal. Appreciated the quick response as it was a more urgent matter.
Great Job! Left it neat and clean. Very professional installation. Provided arrival updates and promptly (early side) met them. Will definitely go to them again in the future.
Caesar appeared promptly, with the required equipment, removed the obstruction. I am happy and would choose your service in the future.
I've used Heise's Plumbing previously for a clogged drain. They were able to replace a broken hot water heater for my AirBnB very quickly, were helpful, professional and friendly. Recommended.
Readily available, good price, smooth service replacing a water heater
My garbage disposal has been limping along, where it would work and then break down. I finally decided to get another. Heise's was recommended to me by Parkside Appliance and I couldn't be happier with the recommendation. Heise's set up an appointment with me and arrived on time and installed a new garage disposal.…
The office staff was easy to deal with. The workers knew their business. I felt I was in good hands with Heise’s.
Cesar and Essy did a great job on replacing our water heater They came out on the same day, did a great job cleaning up and were very patient with all of our questions! Thanks for the wonderful customer service. Office staff was great as well!
Mike, Jose and the staff at Heises plumbing are terrific. They are friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and always get the job done right the first time. I have used Heises plumbing for years. Thank you Mike, Jose and staff for all you do.
We've counted on Heise's for years. They always get things done quickly and professionally.
Eazy & Cesar were friendly and helpful - focused and efficient on their work
Cesar fixed the problems he was able to address with parts on hand and advised us on how to obtain replacement parts for a uniques faucet at the best price. Performed all work in a timely manner and was very personable.
The Best Water Heater installations around. Dependable, Affordable, Job Done Right!
They are awesome! 👏 Highly recommend!
Responded quickly, communicated clearly and got approval prior to fixing, all on one day's notice!
Heise’s was great. They were able to come and replace my Water heater the same day.
They didn’t bring the paperwork I requested on the phone, for one. Water was left in the pans at the bottom of both heaters and I had to call them back to dry it out twice. If water remains in the pans it will promote rust. One of the heaters has always been dry. They tried to tell me it had started to leak. I am…
Ogrady and Cannon were awesome! They replaced my water heater nicely and efficiently.
Replace broken water heater. Repair one water faucet. Plumbers arrived 3hours after my call. They were all very knowledgeable and pleasant. They did a great job. Highly recommend to anyone with a plumbing problem. Ed
Heise's Plumbing is expert, reliable, very accommodating for a repeat customer. No need to think of going somewhere else.
Been a customer for years. Excellent service and top quality parts. They answer the phone
We called several plumbing companies to replace our water heater on a Saturday. No one picked up or responded but Heiss Plumbing. The tech arrived on time and installed the water heater in a timely manner. Very happy with the service.
All around great job done at every step of the process.
