We have fine business with Heise Plumbing for over a decade. Specifically They made right a failed installation that was no fault of Heise. They have responded in emergencies repeatedly and have always given quality advice and effective resolutions to problems in a four unit apartment building. Highly recommended.

Two previous plumbing services told us that we’d need to replace the controller on our water heater or replace it. The Heise technician checked it out and fixed it! It’s an old water heater that will eventually need to be replaced, but I appreciate the honest work.
