Jeremy was very thorough and detailed. He spent 2 hours determining the exact cause of our downstairs heater not working. He was able to perform a lot of troubleshooting and fixed a few minor problems to determine the root of the cause. His time and effort saved us from having to replace our entire compressor with a much smaller piece.

I am one happy girl. Jeremy was here in less then an hour after I called. He was very professional and fixed my AC in under one hour. Thankfully is wasn't anything too serious. Most of all Jeremy was kind, gracious and informative. I don't ever want anybody else to come out and service my AC!
Upon arrival Jake jumped right in to resolve our heating issues. His seriousness to get us back on line put us at ease. Last but not least, Jake was extremely kind, and he did not rush through answering the many questions that we had. To other homeowners, he is the real deal. He replaced the heating coil quickly, and correctly.

3 years ago they installed the unit. I had an issue with the evaporator. A technician came out and looked at it. Even though my labor warranty had expired they fixed the issue at no charge. I highly recommend that you call them for your HVAC needs. At least get an estimate from them as they do stand behind their work.
