One hour air has taken care of my HVAC needs for several years. They are good. Jake did a great job today. He explained everything to me. He gave me four different options to choose from for a new furnace.
Lane Utley and Nick removed our old, faulty HVAC system and installed a new one. They were both very professional, courteous and respectful. They put down heavy cloths to protect our floors. And they kept us informed of what they were doing. We are very pleased with our new HVAC system and recommend One Hour Hearing…
I have not fully made a decision, however i am leaning heavily on using, ONE HOUR,heating&air conditioning services. Mr Art was excellent ,very professional in every way. My biggest problem is that due to coronavirus pandemic i suffered a great lost in business investments. Which left me with bad or no credit.
Nick was excellent- a VERY hard worker in this excruciating heat. Very cordial and very professional. He was patient in explaining the thermostat and using iPhone to raise or lower the temperature when away from home. This company is A+ in our opinion and we would recommend them for ALL heating/cooling needs !!
Steve is great.

This is the second time I have used One Hour Heating & Air and for the second time in a row they exceeded my expectations and delivered above and beyond service. I've used this company for a very long time. I've bought 2 furnaces from them for two different houses. They are always extremely professional and pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. I will say that they always try to upsell and the furnaces were NOT cheap. But the service is top notch. Every technician I've had…
“The best in the business”. Have no doubt that these guys are the best. They installed a new system in my home and in my business. After my experience I will use no one else. We've had issues on and off with the unit that was installed. According to the techs they sent out it wasn't installed properly then when the warranty expired that's when the thing started falling apart. We got a different group to look at it and One Hour kept replacing parts with used parts. So now we're having to…

A fantastic company to work with. They are flexible, professional, and communicate well with clients. I would recommend them to anyone. My home has used them for a number of different services and would use them again in the event we need the services. All the techs are great and thorough at what they do.
After meeting with several companies we decided to go with One Hour to replace our AC units and it was mostly because of Art! He was professional, on time and took the time to explain the installation, warranties & financing without a bunch of BS. Plus One Hour had serviced our unit in the past and had done a great job.
Matt was awesome! Professional and courteous. He came on time, check out what he had to do and knocked it out. I will be using them again!!! Great job!!!
Great, prompt service. Very polite and explained everything and all of my options. Plus, it was the day before Thanksgiving.
The technicians arrived on time and prepared to work. My entire HVAC system needed to be replaced so the job took a bit longer than expected. Steve and his staff are excellent. Very professionally and you can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them.
3 years ago they installed the unit. I had an issue with the evaporator. A technician came out and looked at it. Even though my labor warranty had expired they fixed the issue at no charge. I highly recommend that you call them for your HVAC needs. At least get an estimate from them as they do stand behind their work.
