Great service, Jake replaced a motor of the ac unit. He checked everything was working properly and didn’t leave until the temperature of the house was down to where needed to be.
I had a fantastic experience with One Hour Heating and Air. Technician Scotty Lowe was amazing! He arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to thoroughly inspect our system. Scotty provided valuable preventive maintenance and services, ensuring everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend their service, especially if you get Scotty!
Steve is great.
Jack was prompt and professional. Jack appeared to be knowledgeable and helpful. This was the third time in 12 months that One Hour has been called about this unit. Jack suggested that I replace my 10 year old unit. I wish I would have gotten that advice a year ago and saved a heap of money on repairs. An Amaña unit should last more than 10 years.
Scotty is a very friendly Service Tech and explains everything he does and what is needed in a very understandable manner!
I can always count on Justin and One Hour to get me running!!!
Install new thermostat and replaced a capacitor.
