We have a three year-old and Work crazy hours and are never home. We’ve been having issues with our AC unit for about two weeks now on and off. One day it works, the next day it doesn’t. Two days ago it finally stopped working. I tried everything I could think of, because we all know googling can sometimes solve the… Read full review

Very professional and fast service.

Justin Smith was courteous and professional during the process of getting the problem taken care of.

My son was there when your person came. As far as I know from my son stated that everything went ok.

Getting our appointment scheduled and completed was seamless! Jake was timely, knowledgable, and polite. He had us up and running in no time.

Called early morning and Sean was out there in no time at all. Worked very hard to get our air conditioning running. Henson Mechanical is now our place to go for our electrical and plumbing needs. My husband and I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you again Sean for hard work you did to get our unit running

Jake did a great job alleviating my AC that was cut off due to a blocked pipe, causing the emergency shut off to trigger. Along with advising me of some helpful maintenance tips! Especially being a same day service when i called in the issue.

Great work by Caleb. Worked diligently and performed routine maintenance on the HVAC. I am glad I have maintenance contract with Henson Mechanical.

Justin was great. Down to earth and explained things well! I appreciate all your help!

I am a small business owner (A&T Plumbing Services). I built my business on excellent customer service and I really appreciate it when I receive the same treatment I give my customers. You get to see a company’s true colors when things don’t go right. Well that’s what happened with Steve over at Henson Mechanical.… Read full review

Scotty is an outstanding service technician. Very knowledgeable and always keeps you informed on what’s going on!! The BEST!!

Jeremy was very thorough and detailed. He spent 2 hours determining the exact cause of our downstairs heater not working. He was able to perform a lot of troubleshooting and fixed a few minor problems to determine the root of the cause. His time and effort saved us from having to replace our entire compressor with a much smaller piece.

Justin was great. He was punctual and very thorough. Great job

Scotty is the best! Always kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.

Very professional, greatly appreciated the email identifying the service tech. Also the arrival time communication. Scotty was very professional. He did a great job of replacing out furnace on our system. Expecting them to come back soon for a duct cleaning. I am very glad we found a company that adheres to a high standard of service. Great Job!

Very prompt and efficient. He resolved my problem in 15 minutes. Thanks

He did an amazing job! He checked and double checked and he let me know everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it ,how much it would cost. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, really helpful. He was just great!!

Jack was prompt and professional. Jack appeared to be knowledgeable and helpful. This was the third time in 12 months that One Hour has been called about this unit. Jack suggested that I replace my 10 year old unit. I wish I would have gotten that advice a year ago and saved a heap of money on repairs. An Amaña unit should last more than 10 years.

This business has always been so on point with everything they do. They call and set up your appts before you even think of it. They remind you then they call. Their service people are so friendly. They are always great!

Quick, professional, provided future expectations and guidance.

Excellent service!

Jake and his manager helped me out with a leaky unit, and even returned several days later free of charge to clean out the drain line after the leaking started again. They went above and beyond to clear out the line of all debris and insure my unit was functioning properly. Both men were punctual, professional and polite. Highly recommend One Hour Air!

I've used this company for a very long time. I've bought 2 furnaces from them for two different houses. They are always extremely professional and pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. I will say that they always try to upsell and the furnaces were NOT cheap. But the service is top notch. Every technician I've had… Read full review

After meeting with several companies we decided to go with One Hour to replace our AC units and it was mostly because of Art! He was professional, on time and took the time to explain the installation, warranties & financing without a bunch of BS. Plus One Hour had serviced our unit in the past and had done a great job.

All I can say is that this company is one of the best I've used. Great people work there and I plan on using them for future services.
