Justin was lovely! He came in, got straight to work, and took the time to explain everything to me. He was very professional, friendly, and made sure I understood what was going on throughout the process. I really appreciated his professionalism and great customer service. Thank you, Justin!
We just love Henson. They do such a great job serving our a/c units...and now they do plumbing too! Woodlake Baptist Church
THE company to choose for your HVAC and plumbing needs. Awesome company!
Scotty is an outstanding service technician. Very knowledgeable and always keeps you informed on what’s going on!! The BEST!!
Jeremy was very thorough and detailed. He spent 2 hours determining the exact cause of our downstairs heater not working. He was able to perform a lot of troubleshooting and fixed a few minor problems to determine the root of the cause. His time and effort saved us from having to replace our entire compressor with a much smaller piece.
Scotty is the best! Always kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.
We were able to set up one thermostat on my phone; however, the other thermostat was a problem. I think it was something in the set up that went wrong. Meaning I need to set it up later.
Highly recommend! Super knowledgeable and very personable. Can't wait to have them back to do our semi-annual service!
We have used One Hour heating and Air for years and love their fast service. While we like all the techs we have worked with, we usually ask for Scotty Lowe he is such a sweetie and if he says we need a part replaced we have confidence in him as he has never tried to push services of part replacement that was not…
Mr. Lane was efficient and professional in assisting me with a furnace installation and duct cleaning today.
KJ was great. He answered all of my questions professionally. I especially liked when he showed me how to clean my coils.
This company trumps all heating and air companies in Ga! Wow! Incredible job on my installation and now services all of my maintenance. Reliable, trustworthy, punctual and everything in between. Hire them! You will not be disappointed!
This company was by far the most responsive and reasonably priced service we have found. We had an entire A/C replacement and could not be happier. Every person we interacted with was nice and personable. When deciding our best course of action for replacement i felt like the genuinely had our best interest at heart. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
God sent! No one was available to come out to my Airbnb property! I called over 10 companies and gave up. I had guests staying their first night and the AC blew out. How convenient right? Not believing anyone would call back, One Hour heating called and Justin came out in an hour. He was able to repair my AC…
