It took some time to figure out how to fix it as we have a very complex HVAC for a residential home, but once the issues were identified, and the repairs were scheduled. Thank you One Hour.

Jack was prompt and professional. Jack appeared to be knowledgeable and helpful. This was the third time in 12 months that One Hour has been called about this unit. Jack suggested that I replace my 10 year old unit. I wish I would have gotten that advice a year ago and saved a heap of money on repairs. An Amaña unit should last more than 10 years.

The most incompetent and unethical company I’ve ever experienced. Use anyone else! They caused damage, lied about it to the insurance company, lied to me and removed the faulty part from my property without authorization by lying about about having authorization. Then changed their story once they realized they were liable.
Thank you kindly for being a cool person thatz in the business to keep me cool!
