I LOVE Heather. As someone who was new to therapy and terrified of the whole experience, she made sure I always felt comfortable to be myself and take my time talking about my trauma. Heather has changed my life completely with her wise words. She never made me feel stupid for how I felt nor did I ever feel judge by her (which was my biggest fear with getting a therapist) Heather is very kind and always knows exactly what to say at the time I need it the most. Just being In her energy makes you feel better, safe and honestly like a loving place. She is patient, loving, reassuring and the best therapist ever. Going into my weekly sessions with her don’t feel like a chore or something I dread, instead it feels like getting the chance to talk to a best friend and someone who’s truly on your side and wants the best for you. I recommend Heather to everyone who feels unmotivated, insecure, or in general dealing with trauma. I cannot recommend her enough!! She WILL change your life for the better, enjoy the ride and your experience with the best coach on your side!! Thank you Heather for giving me my confidence and life back.
