When it comes to hiring someone to protect you, and you need confidence that they are looking out for you & your investment. There is nothing better than signing with Hodge Home Inspections. The fact that they are a smaller independent company was one of the reasons we liked them so much. We didn't need all the high…
Erik is really easy to work with and provided a comprehensive report after the inspection. He is friendly and provided a lot of feedback while conducting the inspection! Highly recommend.

Great, absolutely the best money spent! They were very thorough, talked about their findings during the inspection, and the report detailed everything. Very nice and professional people I would recommend to anyone.
Great experience! Easy to schedule and seemed to do a thorough job on inspecting the house. Made me feel comfortable asking questions and were happy to hear any follow up questions I might of had following the inspection. Would want them for my next inspection for sure.

Erik and team did an amazing job in providing a thorough inspection and sewer scope with radon testing for us on a 106 year old home. Would highly recommend.
Thorough inspection and took care of damage done due to seized sewer cap. Everything in the standard inspection was helpful in pointing out the small detail issues in an otherwise great house. We opted for a sewer scope per our realtor's suggestion and during the process the cap nut unfortunately broke upon attempt…

It was a pleasure working with HHI! I appreciated the a la carte service system they utilized. I could easily select what services I wanted and know the fees of each prior to my scheduled inspection. Eric and Derrick covered my property from top to bottom, showing and explaining their findings along the way. They…

Erik was incredibly clear in explaining his findings and delivered a report that was both comprehensive and easy to navigate. If you want to truly understand the condition of your potential new home, I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.
Highly recommend Erik and his team. It has been many years since I have needed a home inspection, and Erik & Derek were so comprehensive and professional.
