Blaine diagnosed and solved the problem of my sagging overhead garage door, as well as adjusting the hardware on one side to make the door latch more easily. Bonus: he reattached a security alarm that had come loose from the door frame, meaning I didn’t need to request and pay for a service call from my home security company!
