Hickins garage door returned my call promptly and diagnosed the problem with the garage door rapidly and accurately. They even gave me a free battery after fixing the problem and explained what the problem was. The service that was provided was superb in quality and in value, deserving 5 out of 5 stars
Bryan was great. He went above my expectations and I'm very happy with his work. Definitely using your company again and would highly recommend Hicklin.
Bryan was awesome! Fixed my broken garage door cable quickly and made sure all components were working properly. Garage door technician John did an EXCELLENT job repairing our garage door and taking care of my wife explaining what was done!
What an improvement! Love this new door because it fits the style of house and the insulation sure helps. I’m also getting compliments from the neighbors. The installation crew was great too!
They have installed all my garage doors the last 5 years on the farm! I send all my friends and customers to them! They are great and I appreciate everything they have done for our family!
He did agreat job, and despite the heat and sweltering heat of the south facing garage, he made it to the end on a timely basis. I felt sorry for him d/t the heat.
Super accommodating, informative, communicative and just genuinely a nice service. Good work River.
Very pleased with the quick service. The repairmen were good to explain everything about the repairs . Told me things to do with the garage door to keep it opening and closing smoothly, some which I had not been told by company that installed the door. Will be sure to use this company again if I have any door issues.
Called them late on Friday to look at my garage door not opening and they got someone here first thing Monday morning. Our technician Blaine found the issue right away with the springs. He got it replaced and garage door was working within 45 minutes. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

The technician (River) called before 7:30AM and arrived by 8AM. The entire process—from the initial visit to selecting, paying for, and scheduling the new…

Very fast service and completed the work efficiently. Extremely friendly technician. Thanks so much. Used Hicklin several times and will continue to call them when I need garage door service.
EDIT - they sent another crew out who anchored the openers correctly and even tidied up the wiring. NO wobble at all, solid installation. Would be a perfect 5 if I hadn't had to clean up the screws and metal on the floor the first crew left and moved my car out for a second round (which is now out in the snow…
