Hickins garage door returned my call promptly and diagnosed the problem with the garage door rapidly and accurately. They even gave me a free battery after fixing the problem and explained what the problem was. The service that was provided was superb in quality and in value, deserving 5 out of 5 stars

They have installed all my garage doors the last 5 years on the farm! I send all my friends and customers to them! They are great and I appreciate everything they have done for our family!
He did agreat job, and despite the heat and sweltering heat of the south facing garage, he made it to the end on a timely basis. I felt sorry for him d/t the heat.
Super accommodating, informative, communicative and just genuinely a nice service. Good work River.
Very pleased with the quick service. The repairmen were good to explain everything about the repairs . Told me things to do with the garage door to keep it opening and closing smoothly, some which I had not been told by company that installed the door. Will be sure to use this company again if I have any door issues.
Called them late on Friday to look at my garage door not opening and they got someone here first thing Monday morning. Our technician Blaine found the issue right away with the springs. He got it replaced and garage door was working within 45 minutes. Great customer service. Highly recommend!
I had a very positive experience to start. I filled out an online request on Sunday to schedule a visit for Monday, and the response was quick and impressive. The technician (River) called before 7:30AM and arrived by 8AM. The entire process—from the initial visit to selecting, paying for, and scheduling the new…

Very fast service and completed the work efficiently. Extremely friendly technician. Thanks so much. Used Hicklin several times and will continue to call them when I need garage door service.
EDIT - they sent another crew out who anchored the openers correctly and even tidied up the wiring. NO wobble at all, solid installation. Would be a perfect 5 if I hadn't had to clean up the screws and metal on the floor the first crew left and moved my car out for a second round (which is now out in the snow…

I had a service call by Hicklin. They were timely, professional and fair. Their technician, Brandon did an excellent job explaining the issues with the door and what was needed. 5/5 stars.
We've used Hicklin in the past and they have always been great. When our spring broke on our garage door I called them and they were able to send someone out the same day so we could continue using our garage! Great service!
My technician repaired the seal on one of my doors. He also inspected my doors, lubricated the working parts and tightened up the springs My doors are working great. So going into the cold season (when I think it's the hardest on them opening and closing) I feel confident they will be functioning well.
Fast and great service. Installed garage door opener same day and great price.
They were able to fix our door quickly and affordably. Blaine, our technician, went above and beyond!
Great, timely service! Service tech was very knowledgeable and discussed options of replacement equipment and did not press a sale of equipment or service. Work was completed within a couple hours and I very happy with the result.

Hi Klein did a great job adjusting our garage door. Before the service call the door was catching and opening hard, and we feared it would break soon. After the service call, the door opens smooth and quiet. Buckling did a great job for us.
