They have installed all my garage doors the last 5 years on the farm! I send all my friends and customers to them! They are great and I appreciate everything they have done for our family!
He did agreat job, and despite the heat and sweltering heat of the south facing garage, he made it to the end on a timely basis. I felt sorry for him d/t the heat.
Super accommodating, informative, communicative and just genuinely a nice service. Good work River.
Very pleased with the quick service. The repairmen were good to explain everything about the repairs . Told me things to do with the garage door to keep it opening and closing smoothly, some which I had not been told by company that installed the door. Will be sure to use this company again if I have any door issues.
Called them late on Friday to look at my garage door not opening and they got someone here first thing Monday morning. Our technician Blaine found the issue right away with the springs. He got it replaced and garage door was working within 45 minutes. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

The technician (River) called before 7:30AM and arrived by 8AM. The entire process—from the initial visit to selecting, paying for, and scheduling the new…

Very fast service and completed the work efficiently. Extremely friendly technician. Thanks so much. Used Hicklin several times and will continue to call them when I need garage door service.
EDIT - they sent another crew out who anchored the openers correctly and even tidied up the wiring. NO wobble at all, solid installation. Would be a perfect 5 if I hadn't had to clean up the screws and metal on the floor the first crew left and moved my car out for a second round (which is now out in the snow…

We've used Hicklin in the past and they have always been great. When our spring broke on our garage door I called them and they were able to send someone out the same day so we could continue using our garage! Great service!
My technician repaired the seal on one of my doors. He also inspected my doors, lubricated the working parts and tightened up the springs My doors are working great. So going into the cold season (when I think it's the hardest on them opening and closing) I feel confident they will be functioning well.
Fast and great service. Installed garage door opener same day and great price.
They were able to fix our door quickly and affordably. Blaine, our technician, went above and beyond!
Great, timely service! Service tech was very knowledgeable and discussed options of replacement equipment and did not press a sale of equipment or service. Work was completed within a couple hours and I very happy with the result.

Hi Klein did a great job adjusting our garage door. Before the service call the door was catching and opening hard, and we feared it would break soon. After the service call, the door opens smooth and quiet. Buckling did a great job for us.

Great customer service HOWEVER the bill being $250 for literally 15 minutes of work. (It was a simple wiring issue. He quoted the pricing and I understand the minimum fee for the service call but for what he had to fix that pricing is absolutely ridiculous. Ensure you ask about pricing up front! Pretty…

Blaine diagnosed and solved the problem of my sagging overhead garage door, as well as adjusting the hardware on one side to make the door latch more easily. Bonus: he reattached a security alarm that had come loose from the door frame, meaning I didn’t need to request and pay for a service call from my home security company!
