Great experience with Hi Cleaners - professional, courteous, on-time (actually early with a courtesy phone call). Estimate was itemized so we could clearly see prices for washing house, walkway, deck, balcony, window cleaning, etc.

The HiCleaners team came out the day I called to do a walkthrough and set up a time for the power-washing, even faster than I'd hoped. Zack at HiCleaners did a knockout job on our house, vinyl fence, solar panels, and most impressively, our retaining wall. Courteous and cordial, Zack listened to me as we talked through what the job entailed and delivered perfectly.

Zack was so efficient and incredibly easy to work with! He fit us into his schedule at the last minute and did an AMAZING job. Our house looks better than I can ever remember it looking! Always hire this company to clean out gutters each fall. This time around we had them power wash the exterior and the back patios. Tim and Chris did a great job on a 90+ degree day. Highly recommend.
This was the second job HiCleaners have done for us and the second time they’ve impressed me with their hard work and good prices.
Great experience again with HiCleaners, very communicative, and the quality of the service is excellent. Would highly recommend for gutter/roof cleaning.

Professional and efficient!
Hi Cleaners team did a fantastic job on soft washing our roof and power cleaning our pool patio area, walkways, fire pit and basketball court. What a difference! I will definitely use them again.
Tim & Nelson were on time and did a great job!
Aleksander did a fantastic job cleaning our house. The exterior was very mildewy due to the shade it gets, and he made sure the siding, the windows, and the gutters all look like new. Highly recommend this company, I will be sure to call a little sooner next time before it gets so dirty!
I had the team come out and do a full wash of my patio, pool deck, granite stairs, pavers, front walk and driveway. In advance of the work, they came out and gave me an estimate with all of the potential choices on how to do the job, including soft wash and power wash. After we agreed on the price, they scheduled it…

We hired HiCleaners to power wash the house and clean the gutters. Zack and crew showed up right on time and worked hard to do a thorough job. The final cost was exactly as quoted, and Zack is a pleasure to work with.
Due to a series of unfortunate events, my house got showered with hydraulic fluid. Lasko at HiCleaners recommended a specialized process to deal with the oily goop on my shingles and windows. Ivo and Nelson did the work. My windows are sparkling, and the smell of hydraulic fluid is absolutely gone. I am very, very pleased.
Excellent job of window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof wash and power wash of house siding. The guys were communicative, on time and professional. Prices were good and I appreciated the bundled discount for multiple services.
Alexander was very friendly and did an amazing job cleaning the roof, gutters, siding, patio and walkways. The roof had years of dirt and moss and the results were much better than we anticipated. HiCleaners has been great to deal with. Very responsive with texts and easy scheduling. Evo & Christopher did an amazing job cleaning my roof, gutters, windows, house and deck. The house was absolutely covered in pollen and dirt from living in the woods and it was sparkling when they were finished. Highly recommend!
Everything sparkles! Chris and Ruby were efficient and thorough in washing all our windows inside and out, as well as in washing our porch and porch furniture. They were also extremely patient with my overly-friendly dog. We will happily schedule service with HiCleaners again after the next pollen season.
I was pleased with the workmanship of Zak and Micheal. They were both friendly and courteous. The price was fair and reasonable. Matt Beverly
