Good service, very detailed.hh
They are the best, Very thorough, very caring.
Dr Dozier was great with our fur babies. One of our kitties was not a great patient and Dr Dozier took her time with her.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Dr. Aguilera spent so much time with us, and explained everything!
Dr. Berry is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and good with all pets - even my crazy black lab! She truly cares about her clients and painstakingly takes the time to explain in detail her observations and recommendations. The staff is also very friendly and are very responsive with their telephone or email…
Such wonderful, caring veterinary care! I have a very anxious beagle and staff made it a priority to put her at ease and make a positive impression. I truly appreciated that.
Everyone at Hidden Valley is wonderful and easy to deal with. I was able to get an appointment for my new dog,Maggie, within a couple of days with one of my favorite vets, Dr. MacCormac. Maggie has serious trust issues with humans and Dr. Mac, Sarah and front staff were so sweet and tender with her. Maggie took an…
Great experience at Hidden Valley. Our vet, Dr. Soares, was excellent - kind, experienced, great with our golden retriever and with us. Pleasant, clean setting, front desk staff were kind, courteous and professional and our vet tech, Ozzie, was also warm, welcoming, professional and great with both us and our dog.…
Very caring, thorough- feel very confident I’m getting the best care for my German shepherd
Dr Dozier is the best!!
Great place to take your pet. Handle thins very well.
Staff and MD are just wonderful, so caring and patient with all our parent questions. Our Grate Dane loves her visits there.
Routine check up, labs, shots and nail trimming. Saw Dr V, she’s awesome and a really nice person as well. Whole staff really great bunch. Second family dog to see this group. Been coming to them for 20 years.
We had two sick cats who had been to the ER but were not improving. We usually see Dr. Berry but she was not available. Dr. Soares saw us and gave our cats all the time and attention they needed. All the tests were inconclusive but based on their symptoms she made a number of recommendations and provided meds.…
Knowledgeable vets & techs. Friendly staff. Able to get a next day appointment.
Our girl was very sick, and Hidden Valley got us in very quickly and the treatment was effective.
Dr. Berry is wonderful and is always caring and listens to our concerns/issues. Overall staff is compassionate.
We have had our pets going here since 1989. A few things have changed like it used to be like a house with a dog pen in the back with one big chocolate lab that was the blood donator for the dogs that needed blood. Now it's a little strip mall but still great people that work there and do a fantastic job with our…
Been bringing my girl here for years. I’d love to know their hiring process, because I have never met an employee here that was less than extremely friendly and professional and happy to see me and my dog. The actual appointments are quick and most the time we’re seen early, and they even have advised me on what…
