If you spend any time digging through home inspector reviews, a pattern quickly becomes obvious. Many inspectors are highly rated, but most operate at a trainee, apprentice, or bare-minimum licensed level. That was not acceptable to me. I am extremely detail-oriented and expect the same, especially for something as important as a home inspection. I’ve worked with two to three larger, well-known local Austin inspection companies, and without hesitation, this was the best experience I’ve had by far. Art goes far beyond the minimum requirements of TREC code. By a landslide. He identified and recommended multiple items that were completely missed during my pre-closing inspection, which alone speaks volumes about his expertise. His attention to detail, care, integrity, and workmanship immediately put me at ease. Art is meticulous, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable.
