When I hire someone for a job... I expect quality customer service. One of the leads on the field forgot about me after I gave them my business. I had a question for him, and he ignored my texts, and call. Some of the office staff were nothing but RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!. I also had to deal with an AI assistant. Hated it. I won't ever hire them again.

They are using an AI answering system that commits and promises and tells you how great they are and then once you sit around waiting for them, you get a call that they actually can’t help you. Waste of time.
