We do everything plumbing, electric and HVAC through Hobaica. We wouldn't use anyone else. Quick scheduling of service. Knowledgeable service techs. They are ALWAYS on time for appts. Most importantly, they deliver peace of mind, which can't be purchased.
SERGIO recently came out to the house to install our brand new AC unit, and he did a great job! He was on time, he was professional, respectful, and STAYED UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE-(which because of circumstances beyond his control, was 10pm!). That's INCREDIBLE customer service! Also, wanted to give a shout-out to…
It was nervous time last night. Sadly couldn’t repair the old a/c. Jared worked as hard as he could. Austin joined him. Finally we decided on a new unit. Jared showed us options/ we made a good choice. Very grateful for Jared’s kind attention.
I had a new AC system installed by Hobicia Services in March 2026. At the time of installation, I was told that the required permits had been processed and that a city inspector would come out to inspect the work once the installation was complete. Months went by and no inspector ever contacted me. I reached out to…
Erik E came to install our new AC unit. He was very personable and friendly, explained everything he was doing. He talked over the new thermostat, my warranty, and any other information I would need to know. Hobaica not only half the price as others, work was done well, efficient, and quickly! Will continue to use…
Austin was awesome today. Had an unusual problem with my zoning system and he figured it out!!! Was the most polite young man too. His mother taught him well!
I hired Hobicia Services to install my HVAC system. After the installation, I repeatedly requested copies of the required permits and inspection documentation. Despite multiple follow-up messages, including reaching out to management, I have not received a response. The lack of communication has been very…
June, 27, 2026 Today Anthony came to replace both sides of the spigots that connect my washing machine to the water supply. First of all, he was prompt and friendly and professional. He inspected my 31 year old valves and explained my best options, giving me estimates. He helped me understand the job and the…
Our whole process with Hobaica went great from start to finish. Sergio who installed our new ac unit was awesome!
Sergio did my new unit install a few weeks ago. Spectacular service.. hardly knew he was there until it was time to put in the thermostat. Unit is working perfectly. Very happy.
2021: I purchased a 5 ton a/c unit from Hobaica in 2021. I notified the rep that I was increasing the square footage of my home, and they recommended I size up from my 4 ton unit to a 5 ton unit. I also purchased the bronze maintenance package to maximize the longevity of the unit. 2026: I received an invoice for…
I want to give Sergio Martinez a 5 star review. He was so helpful and pleasant to work with. He showed me how to use the new thermostat and he did such a great job in installing the new AC unit. I'm very pleased with his work. Thank you Sergio
Jared, Diego, and Gio did a great job. Jared caught issues that the other company missed during his inspection and didn't upsell me on stuff I didn't want or need. Diego and Gio noticed a defect in the first replacement unit, then waited while Hobaica arranged for a brand new unit to be delivered on very short…

We will be loyal Hobaica customers for life. Gio and Adam expertly installed two Trane units at our home in just a few hours. They provided top notch service and communication, and their work is meticulous. The sales and customer service teams are responsive, fair and helpful. We could not be happier with our…
