Update 5/20/26: D'Andre and his apprentice flushed our water heater and did a full inspection of all our plumbing. Simon was great to work with. He found the right parts even with all the manufacturer's decal so sun damaged that they were unreadable, a ton of extra effort. At my request, he replaced the failed parts and those that had burn marks from overheating that probability would have failed this season. His fix resolved…
Binh did a maintenance check on the A/C unit and offered information about additional features that I could install. Good information, no pressure. He was prompt and efficient.
My AC was not blowing cold air. Steven came out and looked at my unit and then explained what was wrong and what could be done to fix it. He didn’t try to upswell me and gave me very honest information as to the issues and potential longevity of the unit. Not only was he on time but actually before the time frame I…
Binh was excellent service man at my rental. I would recommend Binh and Hobaica to anyone I know.

Tyler showed me pictures of his work and described his service.
II debated for a while about writing this, but I feel it’s worth sharing. Back in July 2025, my 3-year-old A/C unit stopped working at my townhome. I found Hobaica Services through online reviews and called because of their $19.52 new customer special. After the visit, I was told there was a broken part and that…
Big shout out to Hobaica. This is one consistent company. Five stars for Austin D who just performed my semi-annual service. He was on time, polite, thorough in his service, clean and just an overall good guy. I highly recommend this company.
Had Hobaica out to resolve a heating issue with one of my Daikin heat pumps. Austin was the tech who came out to diagnose the issue and quickly found the problem. The part is on order and should arrive shortly Austin explained what the failed part did in the heat pump and was very professional. Glad that the issue is well on the way to being resolved

Super friendly and timely service. George was very knowledgeable and put the extra effort in even after the unit was up and running to monitor for a time to be sure it stayed that way.

Austin from Hobaica Services was out yesterday to do a maintenance check on our HVAC. All in all a very pleasant experience. He was especially patient with my 5 year old granddaughter who wanted to watch him as he climbed in and out of the attic.
