Tom called on his way. He arrived wearing a mask and put on booties before coming into my house. He was polite and straightforward in explaining what was needed and what it would cost. He worked efficiently and was neat and tidy...no mess for me to clean up. He even recommended I pay with a check to save the 3% credit card fee. Very good experience.
We could not be more pleased. Our A/C was down and interior temp was around 90. Simon arrived 90 minutes ahead of ETA. To say we were glad to see him would be to err by understatement!
