Terrific service and great tech on Al! We will ask for you next time! You ROCK!
Outstanding service. Austin and Ed were polite, knowledgeable, and up to the challenge of figuring out what the previous A/C guy couldn’t. They had our unit up and running again in less than two hours. I signed up for the yearly maintenance service and look forward to a long relationship with the company.
10/8/2026 Aaron Hernandez installed a new shower handle in my master bathroom and installed new washing machine water knobs in my laundry room. He did a great job and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Aaron
Bear is extremely friendly and informative. He is a great resource to have.
Fransisco was very pleasant & easy to work with. After taking his time to check out my A/C, he explained the issue (with pictures!) and let me know a part was ordered. He'll be back personally to install it & I have total trust in him.
Water heater replacement. When I called they were very clear about my options. They let us know when Scott was on the way. He was very helpful and explained what he was doing and some options that we had. He also checked the water to make sure our water softener was working correctly. We were very pleased with…
We do everything plumbing, electric and HVAC through Hobaica. We wouldn't use anyone else. Quick scheduling of service. Knowledgeable service techs. They are ALWAYS on time for appts. Most importantly, they deliver peace of mind, which can't be purchased.
Updated Review: Buyer Beware Over the past four and a half years, we have paid approximately $25,010.01 to Hobaica for HVAC and plumbing work. Based on our experience with the most recent project, we are extremely disappointed with the workmanship, protection of our home, communication, and follow-through. The…
Grayson & Scott K was professional, courteous and prepared. They gave me options which I appreciated

Logan came to inspect my 2.5 year old new Lennox hvac with Hobaica. I am very pleased and grateful the technician checked everything for me. Steven was great, got here earlier than expected, was prompt and decisive in what needed to be repaired and got the job done quickly so my house wasn't a sauna anymore.
Logan responded same-day to my call to Hobaica re: an A/C unit that was blowing warm air. Not only did that immediate service come as a benefit of my Hobaica Total Care plan, but there was a nice discount available to me also for the repair. Hobaica Services always provides the most professional, effective, and…
Sam Schectz did a fantastic job working on our home. He displayed great professionalism, was very informative and provided great service. Would highly recommend their services!!
Devon B & Jared were able to come over same day and got my system back up and running very quickly! I felt like hugging them, but refrained. They were super nice. Our capacitor exploded, so they have those parts in their trucks thankfully so they could fix it right away. Praise!!! It got to 96° in my house and now…
Austin was a pro. Came in. Fixed the issue. Told me some good tips and even found some things we didn’t know about our home. 10/10. Awesome guy and knew his trade very well!
Wonderful fast service, diagnosed the issue quickly and gave several options to get my A/C back up and running.
June, 27, 2026 Today Anthony came to replace both sides of the spigots that connect my washing machine to the water supply. First of all, he was prompt and friendly and professional. He inspected my 31 year old valves and explained my best options, giving me estimates. He helped me understand the job and the…
Binh has been here before. He's very professional and personable. I have had nothing but good experiences with Hobaica. The capacitor was under warranty, so no cost today.
Al and Sergio are total professionals. I can not tell you how appreciative I am for the patience and help given to me to chose the right unit and installing it on a Saturday in a professional and respectful manner. It is hard to find service individuals that are respectful of the individuals in the home as well as the home itself
2021: I purchased a 5 ton a/c unit from Hobaica in 2021. I notified the rep that I was increasing the square footage of my home, and they recommended I size up from my 4 ton unit to a 5 ton unit. I also purchased the bronze maintenance package to maximize the longevity of the unit. 2026: I received an invoice for…
Alex did a FANTASTIC job!! He explained everything as he went along & was meticulous in his repairs. A+++
Tyler and Ivan showed up when it was at the heat of the day and my a/c was not working. They found the problem with in the morning and got my a/c cooling by the end of the afternoon. Not only did they get my a/c going , They were very polite and I'm going to refer the guys to friends and family. Thank you guys.

Today Justin and chance performed my annual maintenance. They are both great, courteous and explained everything to me. Thanks guys
I can’t say enough positive things about Hobaica. Grand Canyon Home Services came out and would not climb on my roof to repair the AC even though they did it last year. I called Hobaica and the said they would be out today. They even showed up early, here within 2 hours of me calling. Scott, the technician was…
Gio and Nacho from Hobaica Pheonix came and installed a new A/C unit. They were both extremely nice, efficient, and clean. Highly recommend them!!
Alex was fast and friendly.
James was awesome! Informative, friendly and professional!
Simon was great to work with. He found the right parts even with all the manufacturer's decal so sun damaged that they were unreadable, a ton of extra effort. At my request, he replaced the failed parts and those that had burn marks from overheating that probability would have failed this season. His fix resolved…
Alex came out to check our air-conditioner. He resolved the issue and was very helpful. Thank you Alex for your help Mary ~
Steve and Alex B came out to help with our AC leaking. Very please with their knowledge and how kind they were! They were very transparent and honest with repairs and what to expect with our unit over the next year or two. Alex B stayed behind to finish the repair and was the sweetest technician I think I’ve ever…
Steve did a great job. He arrived on time, told us what he was going to accomplish, completed everything, and cleaned up after himself. I'll call Hobaica when I need any AC work.
My AC was not blowing cold air. Steven came out and looked at my unit and then explained what was wrong and what could be done to fix it. He didn’t try to upswell me and gave me very honest information as to the issues and potential longevity of the unit. Not only was he on time but actually before the time frame I…

Dec '25: Signed up for the Total Care Club and it's been great to have plumbing, HVAC, electrical overviews of the current state of the house with recommended issues to address and the level of priority they should be given. A worthwhile investment for systems I don't have a ton of experience with (definitely not to…

We had a constant drip from our a/c vent and I called Hobaica yesterday afternoon. Xavier was AWESOME!!! He got right to work upon arrival, knowing exactly what to do, and returned my very necessary air conditioning within an hour!!! I was SO grateful, and extremely pleased not to have to pay for a new air conditioner!!!
Great service. Courteous and professional. Anthony was a top notch technician. Would definitely use again and again.
Andy Hobaica the humble Guy As you can tell for his last name, a family member who help to create this extraordinary successful company. Is the 4th AC unit we replace with them in multiple locations, the high standard customer service is still there, and is not by chance, the training and preparation in every…
100% my new AC company after they saved me today. Quick replacement planned for not even 2 days out in the heat of summer. Provided me a short term solution to stay safe in the meantime. Were understanding and compassionate about my emergency and worry about my dogs safety in this heat and came quickly. Austin and…
I highly recommend Austin. He was professional, honest, friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend him enough. I will always request him in the future!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ on service from Scottie. A/C stopped working on a Sunday evening before the first day of school for our kids 😩. Scottie diagnosed and resolved the issue before it got too hot to stay in the house. Only down side is cost. The emergency/after hours fee plus the insane mark up on the $20-30 part is a tough pill…
Jairo is amazing! Super professional and just a really nice guy. Love this company, very trustworthy.
Hobaica HVAC Services exceeded my expectations. My mini split had been installed incorrectly by another company, but Alexander Beltz quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was patient, efficient, and kept me informed every step of the way. Truly professional service — I’m so grateful and highly recommend Hobaica!
Alex did an excellent job identifying what we need to get our AC back online. He braved the very hot temperatures in the attic during the AZ summer to help my family out. Thank you so much!
Replaced 2 new A/C units in 5 hrs. Great service Ivan, Jorge, Nacho, and Vernardo.. Also Simon is the greatest for customer help
We have used Hobaica for several issues in the past few years including HVAC and electrical problems. We’ve liked their service so much that earlier this year we signed up for their maintenance plan. Two days ago once of our AC units stopped producing cool air and Alex B and James came out today to address it. Not…

Binh Tran came to my home to repair a freon leak and install a water pump this morning. He was prompt to arrive and patient to answer my questions. We’ve been without AC for a week and we had Austin come out to service us. He went over and beyond our expectations and next time we are served I will be personally requesting him. Thank you again Austin.
This is the second time I’ve used them for my air-conditioning needs and I couldn’t be happier. Chance Elliot and Steve Avila were right on schedule and immediately fixed the issue at hand. Best prices in town as well. If I could give more than five stars I would. They are fantastic.
Alex B was awesome. No one likes when the cooler goes out but Hobaica was professional from the initial phone call, to setting up the appointment and everything happened as they outlined so when Alex B came to our home, he was very polite, professional, answered all our questions and didn't mind us watching him…
