Binh arrived on time for the yearly AC service. My AC units are on the roof and he recorded the concerns on his phone and then played it for me. This allowed me to ask questions and Binh provided great information. I appreciate the time he took to walk me through some of the steps on the thermostat. Overall, a great experience.
