We continue to be huge fans of our service package with Hobaica. A huge thanks to Luktan W. who did our annual plumbing inspection again this year. When we requested a quote to have our master bath sink valves/supply lines replaced (the only thing we chose not to replace during our MEGA re-plumb…

Outstanding service. Austin and Ed were polite, knowledgeable, and up to the challenge of figuring out what the previous A/C guy couldn’t. They had our unit up and running again in less than two hours. I signed up for the yearly maintenance service and look forward to a long relationship with the company.

When I hire someone for a job... I expect quality customer service. One of the leads on the field forgot about me after I gave them my business. I had a question for him, and he ignored my texts, and call. Some of the office staff were nothing but RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!. I also had to deal with an AI assistant. Hated it. I won't ever hire them again.

Good morning,
Brayan was equally; friendly, courteous, informative and professional as are all the Hobaica service people we've met. My late father worked occasionally with Paul Sr. when they each were establishing their businesses back in the 1950's. With people like Brayan, it is no surprise that Hobaica is so highly rated.
