10/23/26 As usual, a five-star rating for Hobaica technician Alex (and apprentice Cory) — taking care of HVAC and electrical check ups in one visit. One can count on Hobaica technicians to be professional, thorough, personable — always providing the best service! Thanks!
D’Andre was very knowledgeable about my pest problem and I was happy for the pipe inspection and water heater maintenance.
Ivan performed my AC servicing with great care & was very thorough in his explanation of the work done & benefits of membership in Care Club. All done with patience & a smile that made for a comfortable experience! Thank you for sending such a capable employee!
Alex Diaz was great - professional and prompt. Knows his stuff, very thorough and explained everything. I recommend him highly.
10/13/2026 UPDATE: We continue to be huge fans of our service package with Hobaica. A huge thanks to Luktan W. who did our annual plumbing inspection again this year. When we requested a quote to have our master bath sink valves/supply lines replaced (the only thing we chose not to replace during our MEGA re-plumb…
Outstanding service. Austin and Ed were polite, knowledgeable, and up to the challenge of figuring out what the previous A/C guy couldn’t. They had our unit up and running again in less than two hours. I signed up for the yearly maintenance service and look forward to a long relationship with the company.
They we're Great!!! We'll see what the Future Holds.....
I AM LEAVING THIS CONTRACTOR BECAUSE THEY CAN'T EVEN RETURN A PHONE CALL TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AFTER THREE DAYS AND MULTIPLE CALLS. NOT A GOOD SIGN. SHE SAID THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED.
Kacey was great. It was very educational and very much appreciated. Now I won’t panic over an email from the utility company.
Austin was our Senior HVAC Service Representative and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues that we were having with the system temperature control through the thermostat settings that were pre-programmed incorrectly. He also balanced a few dampers for us and did a…
9/30/26 Alex Diaz just finished my hvac service. I had a lot of questions about my “smart” thermostat and he was so patient explaining it to me. He went out of his way to check everything and show me the setup. Thank you Alex!
Alex Diaz Did a wonderful job again. 9/25- Cory and D'andre did a wonderful job and found the issue with venting from water heater.

Big high fives for brayan and Adrian. As always great representatives for Hobaica
I responded to a flyer in my mailbox to have my HVAC system checked… Best decision I have made! The team members I have met are very focused, very well trained, hard-working, and not pushy as far as additional products or services are concerned. They appear to share information freely amongst themselves, and they…
Professionalism, honest, prompt, and reliable. All the best traits in one company. Thanks to Jairo for doing it right and doing it well! Highly recommend.
Scott Dale was very professional. He answered our concerns and questions. He took time to explain the necessity of the repairs. Just by talking to him, we felt confident with him doing the repairs.
I am grateful to Francisco for coming to fix my air conditioner the same day I called about it not working. He was efficient and identified the problem quickly and got it working right away. It was a real relief on such a hot day.
