10/13/2026 UPDATE: We continue to be huge fans of our service package with Hobaica. A huge thanks to Luktan W. who did our annual plumbing inspection again this year. When we requested a quote to have our master bath sink valves/supply lines replaced (the only thing we chose not to replace during our MEGA re-plumb…
Outstanding service. Austin and Ed were polite, knowledgeable, and up to the challenge of figuring out what the previous A/C guy couldn’t. They had our unit up and running again in less than two hours. I signed up for the yearly maintenance service and look forward to a long relationship with the company.
They we're Great!!! We'll see what the Future Holds.....
I AM LEAVING THIS CONTRACTOR BECAUSE THEY CAN'T EVEN RETURN A PHONE CALL TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AFTER THREE DAYS AND MULTIPLE CALLS. NOT A GOOD SIGN. SHE SAID THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED.
Kacey was great. It was very educational and very much appreciated. Now I won’t panic over an email from the utility company.
Austin was our Senior HVAC Service Representative and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues that we were having with the system temperature control through the thermostat settings that were pre-programmed incorrectly. He also balanced a few dampers for us and did a…
9/30/26 Alex Diaz just finished my hvac service. I had a lot of questions about my “smart” thermostat and he was so patient explaining it to me. He went out of his way to check everything and show me the setup. Thank you Alex!

Another incredible service visit from Hobaica! This was our first time getting visited by Austin and he is easily the best we have ever had. His thoughtful and measured demeanor was appreciated. We got an email and text from Brayan the day before he was to arrive for our AC service. On the day of the inspection he arrived promptly and listened to our concerns. Tyler did a great job with our annual A/C checkup. We are pleased with Hobaica and their associates.
They are using an AI answering system that commits and promises and tells you how great they are and then once you sit around waiting for them, you get a call that they actually can’t help you. Waste of time.

Devon was out to do our spring A/C check up. He found one piece that tested on the low side and replaced it. He recommended a couple things.
