Every Phoenician's worst nightmare, the A/C going out in the middle of summer. AUSTIN came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part was on back order but since it's my only unit, they put an expedite on it. Austin returned just a few days later and had it blowing cool air again in under a half an hour!
