We do everything plumbing, electric and HVAC through Hobaica. We wouldn't use anyone else. Quick scheduling of service. Knowledgeable service techs. They are ALWAYS on time for appts. Most importantly, they deliver peace of mind, which can't be purchased.
SERGIO recently came out to the house to install our brand new AC unit, and he did a great job! He was on time, he was professional, respectful, and STAYED UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE-(which because of circumstances beyond his control, was 10pm!). That's INCREDIBLE customer service! Also, wanted to give a shout-out to…
It was nervous time last night. Sadly couldn’t repair the old a/c. Jared worked as hard as he could. Austin joined him. Finally we decided on a new unit. Jared showed us options/ we made a good choice. Very grateful for Jared’s kind attention.
I had a new AC system installed by Hobicia Services in March 2026. At the time of installation, I was told that the required permits had been processed and that a city inspector would come out to inspect the work once the installation was complete. Months went by and no inspector ever contacted me. I reached out to…
Erik E came to install our new AC unit. He was very personable and friendly, explained everything he was doing. He talked over the new thermostat, my warranty, and any other information I would need to know. Hobaica not only half the price as others, work was done well, efficient, and quickly! Will continue to use Hobaica for all my AC needs.
Austin was awesome today. Had an unusual problem with my zoning system and he figured it out!!! Was the most polite young man too. His mother taught him well!
I hired Hobicia Services to install my HVAC system. After the installation, I repeatedly requested copies of the required permits and inspection documentation. Despite multiple follow-up messages, including reaching out to management, I have not received a response. The lack of communication has been very…
June, 27, 2026 Today Anthony came to replace both sides of the spigots that connect my washing machine to the water supply. First of all, he was prompt and friendly and professional. He inspected my 31 year old valves and explained my best options, giving me estimates. He helped me understand the job and the…
Our whole process with Hobaica went great from start to finish. Sergio who installed our new ac unit was awesome!
Sergio did my new unit install a few weeks ago. Spectacular service.. hardly knew he was there until it was time to put in the thermostat. Unit is working perfectly. Very happy.
2021: I purchased a 5 ton a/c unit from Hobaica in 2021. I notified the rep that I was increasing the square footage of my home, and they recommended I size up from my 4 ton unit to a 5 ton unit. I also purchased the bronze maintenance package to maximize the longevity of the unit. 2026: I received an invoice for…
I want to give Sergio Martinez a 5 star review. He was so helpful and pleasant to work with. He showed me how to use the new thermostat and he did such a great job in installing the new AC unit. I'm very pleased with his work. Thank you Sergio
Jared, Diego, and Gio did a great job. Jared caught issues that the other company missed during his inspection and didn't upsell me on stuff I didn't want or need. Diego and Gio noticed a defect in the first replacement unit, then waited while Hobaica arranged for a brand new unit to be delivered on very short…

Andy Hobaica the humble Guy As you can tell for his last name, a family member who help to create this extraordinary successful company. One of my 2 AC units died on a very hot Friday afternoon. Hobaica’s Jared J came to our house early the next morning and he quoted us a more than fair price for a very good Trane system. Our new system was installed the following Monday morning by Jorge and his crew. We could not have found another company that…
Great Service! Great technician! Sergio was on time and very efficient. He was great at explaining what he was doing and answering any questions we had. I would like to thank Sergio and Nacho for coming to the house and doing a professional job installing our air conditioner. They even cleaned up after themselves.
Technicians Gio and Nacho were both exceptional in the service, professionalism, courtesy and patience. They diligently and efficiently installed an entirely new AC unit, air draw vent, high tech thermostat and much more. They were like Ninja Contractors! A most pleasant experience.
My first impression of Giovanni was that of professionalism. He arrived on time with his crew ready to go. The original plans to install a mini split weren't quite right so we discussed an alternate install. Once we agreed the install went smoothly from start to finish. it was a pleasure having him and his crew here to do the install.
Gio and Bernard from Hobaica were a great team who replaced my old mini split AC system. They were professional and easy to communicate with during install. Gio also provided excellent client education regarding how to utilize different functions of new system.
Extremely professional and presented option to upgrade our system in the future and repairs needed currently. Also to repair a drain line with neutralizer on our tankless water heater.
Justin and Tyler were very professional and gave good feedback on how the unit is working.
Our AC went out and we were scrambling to find a company for a replacement. We looked no further than Hobaica! Andy came in and sensed we needed help and didn't disappoint. Another maintenance today (3/25/2025) with Jordan this time who arrived on time and did a great inspection that we've always expected and received from Hobaica. Giovanni Gonzalez was part of the Hobaica team that installed my new A/C unit. Gio also installed a new programmable smart thermostat. Great experience with River on my semi-annual maintenance. He went above and beyond, helping me with an issue with my NEST thermostat. Gave me some good advice about my aging system without trying to hard-upsell me. I like that you can request a specific technician, and plan to ask for River for my next service. Very satisfied!
Scott K came today to do an annual check up on my A C. It is in excellent shape and only 2 yrs old. I appreciate his service and would recommend him to all Hobaica customers.
The coil in the condenser of my old AC system was cracked and leaking. I decided to replace the system and got several estimates. Andy came out and gave me a very thorough explanation along with a fair price to replace the system. I also had 3 other people recommend Hobaica so I went with them. Sergio and Tristan…
April 2024 Review: Binh came out today for the annual inspection and maintenance of the HVAC system Hobaica installed in 2021 (see review below) that is required to continue my "No Worry Warranty." I don't love this requirement (although I do understand the necessity for it) but at least it means I get to see Binh…
Excellent folks to work with. Transparent, prompt, great service. Thanks Alex and Xavier
Great service from Grayson. Very professional and courteous.
We found our AC out on a Saturday afternoon and a Hobaica tech, Aaron, was out and within an hour correctly diagnose the problem. After they provided all of our options, we decided on a new system (rather than piecemeal/repair, the old one) given the age of our existing one. Cannot speak highly enough of Ivan, Kaden…
I’ve used Hobaica for years and have always been happy. My visit with River and Aaron went so well. They were on time, educational, and all around professional. I’d recommend them to anyone!
Sergio and Zach were a great team and did an amazing job, i would recommend the company to friend or a family.
Our A/C went out on Sunday and we decided to purchase a unit from Hobaica because we had gotten a free unit after ours died at our old house. Sergio and Eric were great. They were here at 7:30am the designated time. After the install they went over how to use the thermostat. Super professional. We are Hobaica clients for life!
Hobiaca installed and maintains my heat pump. Always have had very good service and very low maintenance issues with unit. Highly recommend!
We just had two new AC systems installed in our home after our old ones were done. Not a pleasant surprise. We got six estimates and went with Hobaica. We chose them because they had a solid reputation, very fair in pricing and had equipment in stock. They told us two weeks, but surprised us with one week early…
When my AC went out Hobaica sent Jarded to my home later that day for a consult. He did a full evaluation and explained all the details. He worked hard to obtain a competitive price for a new AC installation and had a team ready to do the install 2 days later. Sergio and his partner did an excellent job. They were…
I contacted Hobaica Services to replace my two A/C units. Everyone including the person answering the phones, the salesman and the installers were all very nice and great to work with. Sergio and Eric did an awesome job installing my AC system. They work hard and I give them props because it was a long day for them. Thank you so much!!
One call did it all. Our upstairs unit was not able to keep it cool during the last run of HOT days. We called Hobaica and and they quickly sent a tech out, Jacey. Unfortunately, due to the age of our unit, it was not repairable. Jacey was honest with us and explained everything in terms we could understand. The…
Sergio and Kaden did an amazing job installing my new Bosch air unit today. It was hot today in Phoenix (110 degrees) and these guys were efficient and took the time to make sure I fully understood everything about the unit. I highly recommend Hobaica for your air needs. Nothing but great things to say about the Hobaica team! Mike C.
My wife and I met with Andy Hobaica with Hobaica Services to about our AC units. Andy not only showed up on time, but was extremely personable and knowledgeable about what we needed. With the failure of my original unit, I took a chance with Hobaica after seeing them around for years. They went over what would be needed to be replace and what we were looking for. Wonderful service in every way from Binh, Tristan, Steve, and Andy. Friendly, on time, great follow-up - been around forever and I'd highly recommended them.
Hobaica Services installed my new heating/air conditioning system 6 wks ago. Part of their service is to send a former installer out 5-6 weeks later to check on the install. Jacey was this person today. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and fixed one small hole in ductwork that he observed, as…
Sergio Martinez and Tristan showed up on time. They were super knowledgeable, friendly and professional as Usual. I’ve been using Hobaica's services for 5 years and they do not disappoint!

Had a new Lennox heat pump system installed to replace a 15-year-old system in our home (which was also installed by Hobaica). Hobaica technician Travis Vonau told us he had noted water leakage in the air handler's pan, but was unsure as to a particular cause. So, although our old system was still working, it was…
Had a new AC and thermostat installed three months ago by Hobaica. The thermostat stopped working, however, I received a notice from the thermostat manufacturer that the cause was a failed firmware update. The manufacturer was unable to assist, or explain the problem, and told us to call Hobaica for warranty…

I decided to replace my Lennox HVAC unit. It was still working but 30 years old. I called Hobaica they sent 2 technicians Troy and Zach. It was not an easy job my attic space is very limited but they were able to modify the existing condensation line without having to replace it. My new unit is up and humming…
With temps pushing past 110, it figured our air conditioner would call it quits. I called Hobaica Services and in a few days Scott Dale, the initial tech, and Jared, the comfort consultant, got us set up for a new unit. The company loaned us a portable cooling unit, and it kept one room livable until the new unit…
Had a ‘mini split’ a/c unit installed by Hobaica. Top notch service all around, from office to techs. Techs, Gio and Sergio, were just terrific to work with. And, as promised, our bedroom is -by far- the coldest room in our house!
Always great service.
In every way possible, extremely professional service. Used since 2008, very pleased.
