Ryan Waters was the technician and he did a great job. He provided advice on the best filter to use and then proceeded to check out my system. Travis was excellent as usual, which is why I request him specifically. But Travis was not the only thing that took place. The price that you charge for a new capacitor is, in my opinion, exorbitant. This is why I am only giving 3 stars.
Woke up to our AC blowing warm air on a Saturday morning with a heat wave setting in. Within a few hours, their technician, Travis, arrived and after troubleshooting, replaced the compressor. Travis was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable; explained everything, and promptly made the repair. I highly recommend Hobaica for AC issues.

Grayson came out and was on time, and very nice. He took extra time to diagnose a potential problem, and even re-secured some wire mesh (to keep birds out) that had been blown off from the wind. He answered all my questions, will do business with hobaica again.

I’ve been using Hobaica for my HVAC services for a year and they are on it! Today, Travis V. was the tech and he was great. Answered my questions and took the time to explain everything.
Sergio and Ivan were our workers. They were on time, personable, and very efficient. They finished ahead of schedule and insured we understood everything before leaving. They were also very respectful of the pets which was a nice touch. I’m so tired of workers coming in and leaving doors/gates open, allowing my pets to wander off.
Ian came out and was super professional, personable and most importantly knowledgeable!!! Educated us and confirmed a few thigs that we needed confirmed! Gave many options and even offered discounted costs for the future. Thank you Hobaica Services!! We will DEFINATELY use you again!!
