10/13/2026 UPDATE: We continue to be huge fans of our service package with Hobaica. A huge thanks to Luktan W. who did our annual plumbing inspection again this year. When we requested a quote to have our master bath sink valves/supply lines replaced (the only thing we chose not to replace during our MEGA re-plumb…
Outstanding service. Austin and Ed were polite, knowledgeable, and up to the challenge of figuring out what the previous A/C guy couldn’t. They had our unit up and running again in less than two hours. I signed up for the yearly maintenance service and look forward to a long relationship with the company.
They we're Great!!! We'll see what the Future Holds.....
On time, professional and thorough. Thank you Binh and Al.
Alex came out today to work on an issue I was having with my 2 year old Honeywell wifi enabled thermostat. He even got on a call with me to Honeywell support, which resulted in Honeywell not only replacing, but…

Our technician with Steve, he did a fantastic job checking our air conditioner out, was quite warm outside and he was up in the attic on the roof. felt sorry for him, so I guess we need no air conditioner. We schedule that For this coming Monday, hopefully everything goes well.
Hobaica has always been a great service provider. My technician, Austin was professional and respectful of my home and my pets. Will continue to call on them.
Another incredible service visit from Hobaica! This was our first time getting visited by Austin and he is easily the best we have ever had. His thoughtful and measured demeanor was appreciated. He listened to my long-winded thoughts and carefully answered all questions. An incredible ambassador for Hobaica.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service From Start to Finish! I can’t say enough good things about the team at Hobaica. Within the span of a single week, I worked with four different technicians—Steven Avila, Austin Dunn, Devon Bellamy, and Ossiel “Bear” Jiminez—and every one of them reinforced why I continue to trust Hobaica…
Devon B & Jared were able to come over same day and got my system back up and running very quickly! I felt like hugging them, but refrained. They were super nice. Austin was perfect. Came in on time. Did a thorough cleaning and inspection of my unit and sent me a report of everything after! Highly recommend. I bought my unit from them 2 years ago and have been happy with it.
When I hire someone for a job... I expect quality customer service. One of the leads on the field forgot about me after I gave them my business. I had a question for him, and he ignored my texts, and call. Some of the office staff were nothing but RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!. I also had to deal with an AI assistant. Hated it. I won't ever hire them again.
Alexander was very thorough, professional and friendly. He deserve a true 5 srars. Thanks again Alexander.
June, 27, 2026 Today Anthony came to replace both sides of the spigots that connect my washing machine to the water supply. First of all, he was prompt and friendly and professional. Good morning, Brayan was equally; friendly, courteous, informative and professional as are all the Hobaica service people we've met. My late father worked occasionally with Paul Sr. when they each were establishing their businesses back in the 1950's. With people like Brayan, it is no surprise that Hobaica is so highly rated. Jeff B. Wilt

Al and Sergio are total professionals. I can not tell you how appreciative I am for the patience and help given to me to chose the right unit and installing it on a Saturday in a professional and respectful manner. It is hard to find service individuals that are respectful of the individuals in the home as well as the home itself
2021: I purchased a 5 ton a/c unit from Hobaica in 2021. I notified the rep that I was increasing the square footage of my home, and they recommended I size up from my 4 ton unit to a 5 ton unit. Tyler did a great job with our annual A/C checkup. We are pleased with Hobaica and their associates.
They are using an AI answering system that commits and promises and tells you how great they are and then once you sit around waiting for them, you get a call that they actually can’t help you. Waste of time.
Austin was amazing and treated the family with the highest respect. Showed the up most professionalism that anyone could offer. Thank you Austin!

05/01/2026: This won’t let me leave more than one review for some reason so I’m adding to my last review that was 3 years ago at this point. I had Devon R. Out for a plumbing service this evening and he was truly wonderful. He explained everything thoroughly, helped me through the financial process of trying to make…
Devon was out to do our spring A/C check up. He found one piece that tested on the low side and replaced it. He recommended a couple things. Very happy with the service Jairo provided. He was professional, friendly, and transparent about my options throughout the process. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain practical solutions to help extend the life of my current system rather than immediately pushing for a replacement. Hobaica's continues to exceed expectations!
Logan Whitcomb came today and did a thorough review of our system. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Steve and Austin came out to do a free inspection of our system. I knew Hobaica had a great, longstanding reputation, but I was blown away by the level of professionalism that they showed. Travis was excellent as usual, which is why I request him specifically. But Travis was not the only thing that took place. The price that you charge for a new capacitor is, in my opinion, exorbitant. This is why I am only giving 3 stars.

John far surpassed my expectations: he was so professional and thorough in checking my air conditioners, electrical and plumbing systems. I asked many questions to which he answered with patience. John is a credit to Hobaica In every way.
Ryan was wonderful! He flushed the water heater, check the water coming in from the street and inside the house- Both the pressure and the softness. He was polite on time and the report was thorough. I’ll definitely recommend him to others. Thank you Ryan!
I have used Hobaica for routine A/C maintenance and water heater flushing a few times now and would definitely recommend them. Thus far they have been communicative, thorough and genuine. Shout-out to Scott and Jasmine 👏
After our previous HVAC service person relocated, I had to find a new company to provide the pre-season maintenance for our two AC units. Mike Varela sent his ID photo before arrival so I knew who to expect. He explained to me the silver program. He looked at the unit and said it was running within the specifications. He noticed the drain pipe which needed to be repaired which was done. Very good service.
Great service a/c was fixed and blew thermostat explained to us. Did all the work needed and was not intrusive as it was in the evening when everyone was home at our house
We were referred to Hobaica by my Mother who has been a happy, loyal customer for many years. We requested an A/C maintenance and inspection on our older unit. Ian and Donovan did a great job. They inspected the unit and then explained what they found and gave us all the information we needed. They were…
We had another great experience. John and Donovan were our technicians. They were professional and explained the recommended repairs. I recently had a good experience with Hobaica. My technician was Gavin Wharton, and he was very friendly, helpful and on time!
We had our Trane heat pump serviced on 4/4/2022 by Jacey M. Jacey continues to provide 5 stars service thus earning this 5-star rating. We ask for Jacey by name when we have our A/C units serviced at multiple locations.
Steve was on time and very professional. He helped clean debris from our roof too. Very courteous. A real asset to your organization.
John Miranda was my Technician. He was able to resolve my issues very quickly and efficiently. My old AC in my new house had a couple "quirks" from a less than stellar install. John was able to fix everything that I couldn't. I will be using Hobacia Services for all my yearly checkups on AC. highly reccomend.
