Terrific service and great tech on Al! We will ask for you next time! You ROCK!
Outstanding service. Austin and Ed were polite, knowledgeable, and up to the challenge of figuring out what the previous A/C guy couldn’t. They had our unit up and running again in less than two hours. I signed up for the yearly maintenance service and look forward to a long relationship with the company.
10/8/2026 Aaron Hernandez installed a new shower handle in my master bathroom and installed new washing machine water knobs in my laundry room. He did a great job and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Aaron

Fransisco was very pleasant & easy to work with. After taking his time to check out my A/C, he explained the issue (with pictures!) and let me know a part was ordered. He'll be back personally to install it & I have total trust in him.

Updated Review: Buyer Beware Over the past four and a half years, we have paid approximately $25,010.01 to Hobaica for HVAC and plumbing work. Based on our experience with the most recent project, we are extremely disappointed with the workmanship, protection of our home, communication, and follow-through. The…

Al and Sergio are total professionals. I can not tell you how appreciative I am for the patience and help given to me to chose the right unit and installing it on a Saturday in a professional and respectful manner. It is hard to find service individuals that are respectful of the individuals in the home as well as the home itself
2021: I purchased a 5 ton a/c unit from Hobaica in 2021. I notified the rep that I was increasing the square footage of my home, and they recommended I size up from my 4 ton unit to a 5 ton unit. Scott Dale came out to inspect my system. He is professional, thorough. He answered all my questions. Made me feel like Hobaica is on my side. Highly recommend this company. Thank You Scott.
Jordan came to my house the same night I called Hobaica. That is the 1st time that ever happened. Usually have to wait 3 to 4 days. He is the best Tech I have ever had! He was on his way to another call and left here at 12:00 a.m. He should be commended for caring about the customers and doing a great job
Technician was courteous, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Arrived on time as promised.
Tech was amazing, courteous and didn't mansplain or be condesending. Lives up to Hobaica standards....NLS
This is my second time using them for my A/C unit. Very pleased with the service, repairs, and education Donovan provided!
Dylan Palaschak was prompt and courteous. He explained what was wrong with our a/c unit and suggestions that fit our budget. We really appreciated his communication and great work!
I was very impressed by the service I received. Grayson Vu checked my A/C which is 4 years old and told me it was in great shape. The coils are even clean and don't need to be cleaned. Great service and honesty. I will recommend them if I have the opportunity.
I was beyond impressed with promptness and efficiency of the repair work on our AC unit. He was so incredible with getting right down to the cause of the problems and solving them for us. Kudos to…
Hobaica is the best! I purchased a new HVAC 2 years ago and yesterday noticed something was off. I called after hours and was able to speak with Scott Dale. We were referred to Hobaica by my Mother who has been a happy, loyal customer for many years. We requested an A/C maintenance and inspection on our older unit. Ian and Donovan did a great job. As always just experienced a very thorough fall check up with Hobaica Services.Been with them for 20 years and the professional team they have are truly amazing.Today I had Simon and he was great. Thank you for your customer service.
Travis arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed and repaired one of the AC units at our place of business. Hobica stands out as a reliable and dependable operation.
Dylan was early and found that the other service company had mis-diagnosed the issue, saving hundreds. He was thorough and complete in his inspection, and professional. What I learned in the A/C service business is that you don't necessarily get what you pay for, the most expensive guys aren't really the best.
Binh was the Hobaica tech sent out to diagnose/repair a problem with our HVAC system. Binh did a super job doing all the necessary checks and repair part installation and as always, he was prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with - thanks for a good job!

Our AC blower motor broke twice since mid-June. Hobaica came to replace it twice since then. However, we noticed that our AC wasn't blowing enough air as it did previously, but all technicians from Hobaica couldn't figure out what was wrong with our system or even claimed that it was working properly. Our system…

We are first time home owners, and the second year we were in our home, our entire AC went out right in the middle of summer. We hurriedly found a local AC company, bought a new Trane unit for the home and purchased a maintenance package each year to have the same company come out before and after summer to clean…
Our tech was Ryan and he was phenomenal! Not only was he extremely thorough, he explained in detail what it was and what we needed to fix it. He gave my 37 week pregnant butt no hesitation to proceed and made sure we were taken care of.
Highly recommended! They were able to come out same day I called for my AC not cooling at all when the company who installed it a year ago was telling me it would be several weeks before they get to me! Amazing response time and professionalism, Steven was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing , he was able to identify a faulty capacitor in mater of 5 minutes and recommended a fix that took him about 15 mins to do. Binh is my technician today. He is very honest, efficient and explained everything to me very well. Thanks Hobaica to sent Binh.
Binh T did a great job of diagnosing and repairing our small garage ac unit. He was thorough and kept us appraised of what he was doing and the cost associated with the repair.
I will ONLY ever use Hobaica for my AC. They are absolutely amazing. Then service is super fast and I totally trust them. My AC unit went out over Memorial Day weekend. I have two small children, and it was hotter inside our house than it was outside. I called Hobaica on Memorial Day at 10:55 AM and Justin arrived around 11:35 AM. A mouse ate through part of our unit, and Justin repaired it by 1:00 PM that day. Excellent and…
Bing was here and did a great job. Very personal and professional. Would request his services in the future.
My technician Scott D. was very professional with all that he did. He was skilled and knowledgeable, but because he is relatively new on the job, he called another tech for phone support to verify his findings. There are so many systems in use today that it would seemingly be impossible to be familiar with all of…
Dan arrived when scheduled and set about replacing my ailing fan motor. He was cheerful, amicable, and positive, and successfully completed the replacement. I would certainly have no reservations about Dan working on my HVAC in the future.
Travis Vanau checked out and repaired our two air conditioning units in a most professional manner this morning. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be repaired and the various options to accomplish the repairs. Reccommend his services to anyone.

Always great service from Hobaica over a number of years now. Knowledgeable, courteous technicians who perform the repairs needed without applying any sales pressure. Tom continued that tradition today. We'll remember that when it's time for a new AC.
Professional, honest and efficient.
Ron did a good job. Very professional and courteous.
Ron J, Technician was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly diagnosed and resolved my issue. Thank you!
Service review of 3 systems seemed to be ok, but the rep forgot to restart the system Hobaica installed, which I found to be that the fuse was not reinstalled to restart the system. Nest thermostat ran out of battery, but was able to recharge itself once the power came back on.
Great service! Very fast, knowledgeable, and reasonable. My pick for my home and rentals
I called Hobaica when I realized my AC had quit mid afternoon. Within twenty minutes, I had a text from Ryan Waters who was on his way. The repair — which required replacing the thermostat — proved to be complicated by a defective part. Ryan was determined to do the job and her wasn’t leaving until he was sure that…
Everything was done in a very professional manner
Amer did a great job! He explained everything he did and double checked his work. I would use Amer and Hobaica again and recommend them highly.

Simon Peterson and his team of technicians did a superb job repairing my entire AC system in my house. Simon was not only the site lead during the work order but also led by example.
