Outstanding service. Austin and Ed were polite, knowledgeable, and up to the challenge of figuring out what the previous A/C guy couldn’t. They had our unit up and running again in less than two hours. I signed up for the yearly maintenance service and look forward to a long relationship with the company.
If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy, dependable company with no high pressure look no further. They saved us $$$$ in their honesty and when our unit dies, we know where we are going for our…
Water heater replacement. When I called they were very clear about my options. They let us know when Scott was on the way. He was very helpful and explained what he was doing and some options that we had. He also checked the water to make sure our water softener was working correctly. We were very pleased with…
We had a blower fan fail and other companies were unable to provide any help for days despite lots of back and forth and promises. Wonderful team that fixed my shit down unit.
The tech did a really good job of looking into our AC issue and explaining it to us. Super nice to work with.
Today was a Hobaica day for us. Luktan came to check our plumbing and Devon came to check our HVAC as per our maintenance contract with Hobaica. They were both very professional, honest, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. We were very pleased with their service and appreciate the recommendations they made. Keep up the good work.
Devon B. was polite and knowledgeable. He did an amzing job quickly repairing our AC unit.

Hobaica installed a new AC unit 2 days ago. It wasn’t running correctly. A service person was sent quickly to assess the situation and make repairs. Phoenix was polite, professional and explained things clearly.

Our tech Logan is the GOAT. Five star service all the way, even though he worked until after dinner time to get us running cool again!

Austin was a pro. Came in. Fixed the issue. Told me some good tips and even found some things we didn’t know about our home. 10/10. Awesome guy and knew his trade very well!

Every Phoenician's worst nightmare, the A/C going out in the middle of summer. AUSTIN came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part was on back order but since it's my only unit, they put an expedite on it. Austin returned just a few days later and had it blowing cool air again in under a half an hour!
Thank you Tyler and Brandon for doing the AC checkup and indoor blower cleaning. Everything was explained well and the kindness of the techs as always is sonice. I wish all companies worked like Hobaicas, love this company!

June, 27, 2026 Today Anthony came to replace both sides of the spigots that connect my washing machine to the water supply. First of all, he was prompt and friendly and professional. Had Austin come by for the summer check up. He was so polite and courteous. I was laid up with a foot injury and Austin checked to make sure I didn’t need anything before he left. He went over the AC unit checked everything and double checked a possible leak. Technicians like Austin are why we use Hobaica
Justin, Kaleb, and Austin have all been friendly, expedient, and didn't pressure me to buy anything extra that I wasn't comfortable with. My dogs even liked them!
I was charged $169 for the repair of a problem caused by Hobaica itself. Devon came to address the short cycling of the air conditioner purchased from Hobaica and serviced regularly and only by Hobaica. He identified the problem as a condensation back up issue. He further pointed out that the condensate line…

Gio from Hobaica A/C services replaced my AC unit and did a great job. He was polite, thorough and explained what he was doing. Also left the job site very clean.
Devon was very thorough and conscientious in providing service on my AC unit. I would recommend him for AC services.
They are using an AI answering system that commits and promises and tells you how great they are and then once you sit around waiting for them, you get a call that they actually can’t help you. Waste of time.
Hobaica Heating and Air Conditioning just replaced our old AC system. The installation team of Nacho and Vernado did an efficient, quality job. They kindly answered all my questions during the installation and final startup. Well done, fellows!
The people that came to our home deserve a 5 STAR RATING, cause they were really nice with us, and very respectful. They also gave me a great price that we are very happy about! The people were Alex Beltz, Al, Ivan Casale So, overall an EXCELLENT SERVICE! 5-stars!
