Simon was great to work with. He found the right parts even with all the manufacturer's decal so sun damaged that they were unreadable, a ton of extra effort. Binh did a maintenance check on the A/C unit and offered information about additional features that I could install. Good information, no pressure. He was prompt and efficient.
My AC was not blowing cold air. Steven came out and looked at my unit and then explained what was wrong and what could be done to fix it. II debated for a while about writing this, but I feel it’s worth sharing. Back in July 2025, my 3-year-old A/C unit stopped working at my townhome. I found Hobaica Services through online reviews and called because of their $19.52 new customer special. After the visit, I was told there was a broken part and that…

Had Hobaica out to resolve a heating issue with one of my Daikin heat pumps. Austin was the tech who came out to diagnose the issue and quickly found the problem. The part is on order and should arrive shortly Austin explained what the failed part did in the heat pump and was very professional. Glad that the issue is well on the way to being resolved

Austin from Hobaica Services was out yesterday to do a maintenance check on our HVAC. All in all a very pleasant experience. He was especially patient with my 5 year old granddaughter who wanted to watch him as he climbed in and out of the attic.

Contacted Hobacica when some of the home warranty companies I contacted said they would be about 7 - 10 days out for service. The ac unit was leaking water and damaging the ceiling. Customer support answered quickly and had me scheduled for the next day. I was running late and the tech they sent (Travis Vonau )…
Binh was very knowledgeable and offered great service! Happy to receive such timely and professional service
If you want to get an honest, skilled, efficient company to handle your HVAC, Hobaica is it. I have had them service my A/C Units on my house 3 times and this time my 18 year old system finally needed replacement. They were called out when one of my units stopped working, diagnosed the issue (seized compressor) and…
I was in a bit of despair with one of my HVAC units. I had no history with Hobaica, so I took a leap of faith. And I’m very glad I did. Even though the problems weren’t of ginormous concern to Simon the technician, they were to me. Not only did he explain everything to me, but he provided exemplary service. I feel…
I have worked with Ryan several times now on my two AC units which are older. They prioritized coming to my home to ensure the units are working and cooling the home. Thank you Ryan!
This company charges a lot of money. I called them out (albeit after 9pm) and they determined that I needed a transformer switch, safety switch, drain was not draining on AC unit. I was sent invoices for $500+ for a transformer and 400+ for a switch. I thought this was very high price so I called 2 other AC…

We are first time home owners, and the second year we were in our home, our entire AC went out right in the middle of summer. Hobaica saved us! We were having an issue with another company and a costly repair but Hobaica came out same day for a second opinion, had a greatly reduced price, and informed us of why there was a problem along with pictures. They have been professional throughout the whole process, communication has been key, and…
Service Technician, Ryan, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with our Air Conditioner and repaired it quickly. So appreciated as the temperature inside our house had reached 92 degrees and a repaired air conditioner was greatly appreciated.
Travis Vanau was our technician and he was awesome!! We have had an AC company come out now twice through our home warranty and both times have been told everything was fine. Travis was here for maybe 15-20 minutes and informed us that it looks like we have an AC leak, and walked us through the necessary steps for…

We could not be more pleased. Our A/C was down and interior temp was around 90. Simon arrived 90 minutes ahead of ETA. To say we were glad to see him would be to err by understatement! He diagnosed the problem quickly, discussed it with us, and performed the repair. Kudos to Simon for a job well-done!

My technician Scott D. was very professional with all that he did. He was skilled and knowledgeable, but because he is relatively new on the job, he called another tech for phone support to verify his findings. There are so many systems in use today that it would seemingly be impossible to be familiar with all of…
Amer was a very kind and helpful person, he explained things to me and was very considerate. Great job, Hobaica!
