Home Concepts did a great job remodeling our master bathroom for us. They really stand behind their work too.

We all know finding a reliable, honest, and talented contractor can be very stressful. After reading reviews, I decided to have Home Concepts group come look at my project. After the initial visit with Ladell and Angie I knew I had found my contractor. Everything was discussed so thorough and new ideas were presented. As the process started, I was kept in the loop with every aspect of the project…(who was showing up that day, rough time of arrival, and what they would hopefully be accomplishing that day.) It was amazing to see how all the trades work together to create such a beautiful bathroom. Did this project go 100% perfect? Of course not, it is construction. Were there a few minor issues along the way? For sure. Were they all handled and taken care of in the most professional way possible? Yes! Is the customer satisfied? Beyond satisfied! Overall, I couldn’t be any happier with my choice to call Home Concepts Group. Can’t wait to start my kitchen later this year! Thank you for everything Ladell and Angie!!

As 2025 is coming to an end I am reflecting on all the ups and downs that we all encounter each year. One of our best decisions in 2025 was getting Home Concepts to remodel both of our bathrooms. Angie and LaDell are both amazing. Angie listened to every thought we had and made sure we got what we wanted. We decided to get rid of the big Jacuzzi and go with more storage in the primary bath and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Every sub that works with them was very professional and respectful of our home and we felt like we were friends by the end of the project. We had some time constraints at the end of the project and they did their best to make sure everything was completed on time. I would highly recommend them both.

We could not be more pleased with the highly professional team led by LaDell and Home Concepts who enlarged and transformed our tiny bathroom into a a spa-like beautiful master bath. The work involved incorporating two small closets and expanding a third closet and required extensive demolition. Every crew was highly professional in their work and considerate of our presence. The quality of their work is obvious. Angie was extremely helpful in helping us select features and keeping us informed and she made the whole experience a no-stress process. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Concepts to anyone wanting to do a major home project.

LaDell and Angie are the dynamic duo of home renovation! If you need anything more than some light paint or changing a lightbulb, you’d be insane not to call Home Concepts Group. We interviewed three different companies when looking for help with a remodeling job. LaDell was the only one who saw potential issues and had solutions ready, from flooring adjustments to outside ventilation options. No other company even noticed those issues which would have been a problem in the middle of the job (and a cost adjustment).
From the initial meeting through final delivery, they have been amazing to work with and very communicative. We had an outdated kitchen and master bathroom that needed a full remodel. Along the way there were several surprises (because of our house, not because of HCG workmanship) and LaDell and Angie just flowed with it to find a solution while having a sense of humor.
Also, LaDell is a true craftsman in every sense of the word. We had highly complex crown molding that needed replacing and because it was custom, LaDell had to remake it himself. Every weird corner, unleveled wall, or dips in the ceiling were accounted for and each seam joins perfectly. Truly astonishing work. If you need ANYTHING done to your house, this is the place to call. We will be using them for all future renovations. I’m including some before (green kitchen) and after photos to see their amazing work.

Home Concepts Group, LLC has restored our faith in people. The group consist of the most genuine, honest, decent and clearly dedicated craftsman we have encountered in many, many years. They remodeled our thirty year old kitchen, removed popcorn ceilings in several rooms, replaced old floors, and a wet bar within a six-week time span with no problems or issues. I was so overwhelmed with the stunning outcome I literally squealed when I saw the finished product! Everything they promised, they delivered. Ladell, Angie and their team were the ultimate professionals and have become family friends for life! We will continue their service this fall with our primary bath renovation. Usually we don’t do reviews, however the Home Concepts, LLC team deserves the highest review we can give. Their work is absolutely impeccable!

LaDell and Angie were amazing to work with! Throughout our project they were the ones telling us how they were going to make it work. Issues inevitably arise. We were so glad we had LaDell and Angie on our side.
They basically get 5 stars across the board—I could tell my project was important to them. They communicated and always followed up. They were transparent and fair when it came to cost. They were skilled and detail-oriented in craftsmanship 🔥🔥. And Angie plays an integral role. Every contractor needs an “Angie.” She made sure all the subcontractors were seamless. She was organized at every step of the way. Because of her our kitchen was even finished early 🙌🏼
The biggest problem that came up during our project was difficulties surrounding keeping the existing wood floor. The boards were all glued down to a foam pad (which is not normal.) This made it difficult to change the kitchen layout. We discussed lots of other options like tiling the kitchen (huge added expense + not aesthetically ideal for an open concept layout,) or going on a wild goose chase to track down more of the original boards.
Ultimately LaDell was able to get in there and invent a way to patch the floor together using what we already had available. This was huge. The finished result is flawless. We got the new layout with the old floor, and it’s beautiful. Later on we ran into another issue making our backsplash fit the space. It shared the same happy ending.
I’ll say it again—LaDell and Angie were our advocates and I’m so grateful we had them on our side. During the vulnerability of a renovation there is nothing more valuable.
Thanks again Angie and LaDell. Keep in touch! XOXO 🥰
