Costel really scopes out the place and is on it. Non biased (as it should be) and will call out anything he sees minor or major and wont sugar coat it. Hes constantly mentioning that if i have any questions about anything to ask and any question i had, gave back good answers. Very smart man

Costel and his associate did a very thorough job of going over the major systems and safety issues in our home. His depth of knowledge and direct communication skills are worth their weight in gold.
He discovered and reported several small fixes and some code violations which we were not aware of. He has strong knowledge in electrical, HVAC and City of Chicago building codes.
He showed up on time, did a great job, and promptly sent a written report.
Closing note, we did this as a "Pre-Inspection" as the seller of a vintage home, it was important to discover and repair issues before the contract sale.
