Michael did a great job today. We have a covered deck with lots of spider webs which Michael cleaned out. Michael never even called to tell us he was coming. Our side gate was locked so he didn’t even get the whole perimeter of the house. My husband was home and sits in the office facing our atrium and never saw him come in that day either. I’m starting to not like the service this company is providing. More spiders, less customer service.

The second cleaning was not very thorough. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, which felt a bit rushed. The quality of service really depends on the staff’s professionalism. Overall, I would give it 3 stars.
