Homeshield Pest Control is always very prompt in scheduling an appointment and very efficient with their service. I had termite inspection. I am waiting now for proposals, which I expect to be fair and reasonable.

They were easy to contact, and easy and flexible to set inspection and service dates and times. Everyone I talked to or worked with was friendly and professional. They're much better than any pest control company I've worked with in the past.

I needed wood replaced for termite damage. Dario was very professional and friendly on the phone and in person. He called ahead with an ETA, upon arrival and on completion. He also walked my property to show me the areas he worked on. Everything looks great!

Home shield and Edwardo are the best. I get email reminders before the appointment. Eduardo always shows up on time and is very efficient. He makes sure to let me know when he's done and tells me what needed to be done during that day's visit. I am very impressed, even after all these years with them.

Nikolus was courteous and thorough during the termite inspection. He worked very hard, checking every area and the very hot attic as well. He gave me two proposals in a very timely manner to mitigate the termites, so I can determine how to proceed. Thank you.
The second cleaning was not very thorough. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, which felt a bit rushed. The quality of service really depends on the staff’s professionalism. Overall, I would give it 3 stars.

We've used Home Shield for a few years now and their techs are always friendly and professional, and listen to our concerns and updates. Their customer service folks are always helpful and pleasant to speak to on the phone. We've used them for mosquito, general bug & pest control, and rodent exclusion.
