Jose Ibarbo provided Tuesday’s maintenance service at my home. He informed me of what he was going to do and completed the service as noted in the summary he provided.

Recently had my first service from HomeShield Control. I switched because of the reviews I read (especially about Eduardo), They were 100% true. He easily very polite and went out of his way to make sure I understood Everything. So glad I found HomeShield.

Nikolus was very thorough with his inspection and gave me a detailed run down of everything that he saw while performing his termite inspection. He gave me a list of all recommended fixes and didn't try to upsell me on anything. 5*

This is a new service request and not met my expectations. The agents just stop by and looked and didn't provide any meaningful service maybe because of holiday season so I expect better control before cancelling the service.
