Today was my first experience with Homeshield Pest Control and I have nothing but great things to say! Alex was punctual and such a pleasure to work with. We have been dealing with fleas and Alex assured us he would be extremely thorough while spraying inside and outside of the home. Thank you again for your expertise and professionalism.

I left Terminex over 4 years ago and I have been very happy with HomeShield ever since. They are very friendly and professional every time I needed to call for any pest issues and they always made a point to send a technician out to take care of the problem. HomeShield service four different homes in Orange County…
Carlos V showed up exactly on time, after calling to confirm his arrival. He is an amiable guy. Very thorough. Explained the process/ asked for clarification so he wasn’t doing “one size fits all” work. I observed him carefully cleaning out spider webs etc. was efficient in his work but not rushed. 5stars!!
Professional, fast, and super simple.
Javier Farfan is always on time, always helpful, and does his job well. No spiders or webs. It is a pleasure to have him as our technician.
Thanks a lot Elvin. Great customer service and really took the time to explain all about rodents and our infestation.

Frank came to my house. We did a walk around the whole outside of the house. He made sure all my windows were closed and answered all my questions. When he was done treating my house, he went over areas of concern and what to watch out for.
Technician was professional and friendly

Excellent service with professional manners!
Friendly and helpful!
Service tech has great attention to detail, gives great advice on preventing insect infestation and follows up with orevisously discussed prevention measures (for us: standing water near our HVAC = mosquitoes = spiders)

Before we started using HomeShield’s services, bugs, spiders, silverfish, etc. were fairly common fines inside our home. Literally, there was a period of several weeks when we first…
Sprayed exterior of my house to prevent insects getting in the house. Technician Offered to walk the perimeter of my house to point out other ways to help prevent infestation.
They worked great and communicated well. No issues with bugs after spray. Only reason I left is I had a family member go to a competitor to work. Would continue services otherwise. Thank you all
Glenn from Homeshield Pest Control is so friendly, caring, and professional. He’s always concerned that we are happy and satisfied with the service. 😊
