Eduardo is the best. The nice thing about HomeShield is that you get a dedicated technician who knows your property and thus knows what needs to be done each visit.
Daniel was very helpful and explained his treatment in details.
Hector did a very through, professional service.
Isaac was great! He was punctual, polite and meticulous. Hope he could work on my house again in the future.
Great customer service as always, Daniel went above and beyond coming out here on Christmas Eve in this nasty rain storm. He did great work, we are happy HomeShield customers for going on 5 years now! Thank you!

Very diligent termite inspection on our home! Alec answered all of our questions
HomeShield assisted us with some wood work related to termite damage. The tech, Dario, was on time, professional, clean, and did a great job.
They were easy to contact, and easy and flexible to set inspection and service dates and times. Everyone I talked to or worked with was friendly and professional. They're much better than any pest control company I've worked with in the past.

We had treatment for termites and wood trim replacement. The three who came not only worked well together, but were pleasant and personable and answered all my questions with patience and clarity!
On time, clean, and didn't leave a mess at our home.
Exceptional service! I had three workers - Juan Chavez, Vladimir, and Guillermo work on replacing wood and exterminating my home. They worked efficiently, were timely, and delivered excellent results. So grateful to these guys and Sebastian for guiding the team!
I needed wood replaced for termite damage. Dario was very professional and friendly on the phone and in person. He called ahead with an ETA, upon arrival and on completion. He also walked my property to show me the areas he worked on. Everything looks great!
Our technicians were on time, courteous, skilled at what they came to accomplish, communicated with us regarding service to be done and follow-up.
Alec is fantastic. Even went under house in search of the dreaded termites. Turned out it was type of ant and our quarterly HomeShield service is in a week from now! Thank you, Alec!
Fantastic worker guy. Issac C, did a great job
Very professional. Reasonable prices
I have found over the last few years that Home Shield techs are knowledgeable and extremely customer focused. Always feel they go out of their way to do a great job and provide good value
Home shield and Edwardo are the best. I get email reminders before the appointment. Eduardo always shows up on time and is very efficient. He makes sure to let me know when he's done and tells me what needed to be done during that day's visit. I am very impressed, even after all these years with them.
Outstanding service.
Nikolus was courteous and thorough during the termite inspection. He worked very hard, checking every area and the very hot attic as well. He gave me two proposals in a very timely manner to mitigate the termites, so I can determine how to proceed. Thank you.
The second cleaning was not very thorough. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, which felt a bit rushed. The quality of service really depends on the staff’s professionalism. Overall, I would give it 3 stars.
Very nice, knowledgeable person. I receiveed sheets to keep via email. no very informative. There was no quote either, although I was told I would be receiving via email

Excellent technician and service
We've used Home Shield for a few years now and their techs are always friendly and professional, and listen to our concerns and updates. Their customer service folks are always helpful and pleasant to speak to on the phone. We've used them for mosquito, general bug & pest control, and rodent exclusion.
