We've used Home Shield for a few years now and their techs are always friendly and professional, and listen to our concerns and updates. Their customer service folks are always helpful and pleasant to speak to on the phone. We've used them for mosquito, general bug & pest control, and rodent exclusion.
I use Homeshield for my regular service, so when I thought that I might have termites I gave them a call. Adam came out and delivered the bad news with grace. A very personable and thorough technician. Knowledgeable too. I was impressed by him, his politeness and his general demeanor. I highly recommend!
