We recently hired this company for termite treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician Daniel was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. Eric was great super helpful and informative.
Nikolus Bahena was so thorough in his termite inspection, crawling through the crawl space under the house, the attic, nooks and crannies in the garage, and all over the exterior. He took a lot of pictures, walked us around, and explained all of his findings. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable.…
Nick came out to inspect our home and he was very thorough. He gave us all the options once the problems were located as well as sent us all the details through email. We appreciate his time and kindness and will be moving forward with him to take care of the issue.
Eduardo went beyond his regular responsibilities, noticed the rat/mice droppings and set the bait trap. We did in fact notice occasional mice in our side yard. Thank you, Eduardo!
Nick is great. Our technician is always respectful, communicative and professional. He does a great job every time.
Thank you Juan Chavez for the exceptional and hard work, you did replacing all of our fascia around my roof due to termites.

Excellent, professional service
We've used Home Shield for a few years now and their techs are always friendly and professional, and listen to our concerns and updates. Their customer service folks are always helpful and pleasant to speak to on the phone. We've used them for mosquito, general bug & pest control, and rodent exclusion.
I use Homeshield for my regular service, so when I thought that I might have termites I gave them a call. Adam came out and delivered the bad news with grace. A very personable and thorough technician. Knowledgeable too. I was impressed by him, his politeness and his general demeanor. I highly recommend!

Alyx was professional, courteous, good with our pets, and thorough. He walked us around and explained and showed us the trouble spots and what needed patching vs repairing.
They had the best price out 6 other companies in my area. There was a little confusion between calling or texting from the girls in the office .Very happy with the way the guys cleaned up after tenting.
Elvin was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me a thorough rundown of what was happening, why, and how to treat it, plus some other things he just happened to notice while he inspected
This company always goes beyond what is expected .
Thanks Adrian and Ruben for your help treating our house for termites. Great job and was completed quickly and effectively
HomeShield did a termite inspection for escrow, done by Sebastian, whose bid was very reasonable and I subsequently had them do the wood repair. Reuben and Adrien were both very professional and repair work was spot on. Would recommend this Company to anyone looking for either Pest Control and or termite inspection.
In today's society it is hard to find someone in the service industry who shows up, is on time and is professional. Kevin checked off all of those boxes. I was very impressed with his attitude of service and his honesty. Through talking to him I learned that he grew up in Indian River County and is a military…
Michael was great! He was very professional and friendly. He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable and made us feel so at ease. So thankful for the service he and homeshield provided! 10/10 would recommend!
We have been using HomeShield for several years now, at two different locations, and have had a great experience. Very reliable and professional service.
Homeshield has been a great company for pest control. All of their technicians go above and beyond. I’d like to call out Marisela as a true professional.
UPDATE May 21st: I was contacted on Friday morning by Sebastian, who was so polite and apologetic for the customer service and the job not being finished. He came out mid-morning to review the job and assured me someone would be out to fix it by the end of the day. Around 3pm someone showed up and worked until…
Great communication, timely, through, professional.
They worked great and communicated well. No issues with bugs after spray. Only reason I left is I had a family member go to a competitor to work. Would continue services otherwise. Thank you all
Vey courteous. Thorough inspection. Good summary.
They were very professional and completed the work as indicated. Guarantee it for 2 years, great price also
We chose HomeShield because of their green pesticide solutions. We have 3 dogs and we don't want to risk poisoning them. The people who come to our house are always very nice and personable. We do not have any insect issues at all which is great because we have so many fruit trees.
