Jim services our home regularly. He removes all cobwebs, sprays for pests and checks for rodents. Jim provides excellent customer service and I would welcome him back to my home anytime.

Seth Harrington has consistently provides outstanding and friendly service. Just today he rebait a rodent trap, removed cobwebs underneath our house awnings and sprayed the perimeter of our property.

Our service technician, Joseph Santiago, is always very courteous, friendly, and attentive to our input for the needs of our property. He always has any product necessary to use, and we really appreciate his great customer service!

Joseph has always provided excellent service including answering all of our questions about pests. We had a rat problem and Joseph set traps in our garage and the rats were taken care of in short order. Joseph igaves me a recap covering what he encountered and how it treated each situation. He is both courteous and responsive. Thank You Joseph!

Isiah was very professional and thorough. He was on time and he called ahead to let me know he was coming. The staff is always very friendly.

The technician, Terry Moore, was very helpful and professional when he arrived. I’m happy with Homeshield and pleased with their services thus far. Terry hits all external lights and windows, he treated the front porch area cracks and crevices around the perimeter driveway, also hit up the backyard area cracks and crevices mindful of personal items

They are very courteous and always call before a visit to find out if they need to focus on a certain pest or if a new pest has come in. I don’t remember who was out here today, but they were very attentive to what I told him our insect issues were and he took time clearing out cobwebs everywhere. Thank you
