Today we had our home serviced by Darian who performed the quarterly pest control procedures. He was very polite and very professional and had a good spirit and energy; first thing on a Monday morning. It's nice to see young positive people working hard, being happy and doing a good job for their company and…
Wonderful service today. Our service today was a usual thorough job. Our technician did a great job and communicates well and gives excellent service..
Homeshield is always on top of our house care from the outside in! Didn't catch his name but appreciated!
I had Chris and Elias complete the first service on my home and they were very informative and thorough. They reviewed my contract with me and answered all my questions and concerns. After a sweep of my home, I noted that they removed all wasps nests on my fence line and did a very good job of removing cobwebs that…
My local Homeshield tech is Isaiah and he is awesome

Great service and dependable like always!!
We wanted to thank Seth and HomeShield for a mosquito-free summer! What a luxury to be able to be outside without being bitten. Seth always lets me know when he's here, answers questions competently, and is a pleasure to interact with. We are definitely happy customers!
Having Home Shield take care of a serious rat problem has been great. Alex was here this week and did a very through job of cleaning cobwebs and spraying for bugs. He is new on the job but his service was excellent. I have a new friend. 🤗 Fran Franchetto
Great friendly and professional service! Very informative and helpful with answering all questions about my home. Upfront about service and rates for what happens before setting up appointment. There’s a monthly fee and service is 2-4 months but at a reasonable rate. They noted they can come out for no charge ant…
Isaiah was my tech and he listened to my pest issues carefully and attentively. He went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend this business.
Pest control services performed by Seth. He was very professional and explained the process and expectations. It’s a monthly payment very reasonable compared to other companies.
Isaiah did our service today and he was great. He was very professional and thorough. Thanks home shield.
Terry did a great job and was on time!
The gate to our yard was left open AGAIN and our dogs got out! This is numerous times your company has done this. It is very clear we have dogs and this carelessness is not ok. If the pool gate was left open with small children would that be ok? First, we would get promised one time and the tech wouldn’t show up…
Seth is great. On time. Professional, and does a great job!
Homeshield is, by far, the most professional pest control company in Sacramento County. Their work and routine is first rate. Terry is awesome, and so polite and courteous; he’s very good at his job. I love this company!
I've been with Homeshield for years - The service is great and since starting we've never had any serious bug issues. Exactly what I'm looking for from a pest company. The service and support staff are great. I've missed appts in the past or have forgotten to unlock my sidegate and Homeshield is always open to come…
Isaiah is very diligent. He showed empathy and diligence in ensuring all the areas are covered.
