Jim services our home regularly. He removes all cobwebs, sprays for pests and checks for rodents. Jim provides excellent customer service and I would welcome him back to my home anytime.

Isaiah did a weekly rodent control inpection in my attic. He was punctual, courteous, and professional every visit. His inspections were thorough and he provided a verbal recap of his findings. I felt I got superior service.

Great service. Always on time. We always get advanced notice before they arrive. Our service tech, Elias, is professional and friendly and very accommodating to our needs. We live behind a nature preserve and get the usual bugs, insects and occasional mice that come long with living next to an empty field.. Definitely recommend!

I've been using HomeShield for over 6 years and have always appreciated the service. I used to find lots of centipedes, beetles and spiders in my home, but now the only one I come across are in the garage where they are already deceased from the bug spray.

We have used HomeShield for several years and they have always been very professional. The few times we needed additional serves to remove hornet and yellow jacket nests or rodents, they were there to help and always got the job done. Can recommend.

It's very frustrating dealing with your scheduling system to be honest.
