Johnny came out within the time period set and was professional and personable He addressed all my concerns and actually walked the fence line perimeter which no other service ever did I was initially worried about what I would get for the price but I am very pleased and would recommend this company I will use them in the future as long as I get Johnny

They are very courteous and always call before a visit to find out if they need to focus on a certain pest or if a new pest has come in. Great service. Always on time. We always get advanced notice before they arrive. Our service tech, Elias, is professional and friendly and very accommodating to our needs. We live behind a nature preserve and get the usual bugs, insects and occasional mice that come long with living next to an empty field.. Definitely recommend!

Darryl was on time, polite, and asked if we need anything special or in the home. We did not and he proceeded to perform the usual outside web removal and insecticide applications. Very happy with the service.

We had the beginnings of a cockroach 🪳 infestation. Plus, lots of Black Widows in our garage. Yikes! Home Shield's treatments have really worked. Darian, the Home Shield technician that has done the work, is courteous, punctual and efficient.

He did several treatments to skill bugs especially those on our window frames which he got them down to avoid spraying them at our windows.
