Abraham is the absolute best! He sends updates as to when he'll arrive and is always extremely knowledgable. We tend to get tons of ants during the summer and he takes care of the problem every time and we don't have to deal with it again until the following year. Thanks so much!
Richard was friendly, helpful, and informative. This was our first service, so I had a few questions. We walked around I showed him all the areas I mainly see the insects, he answered all my questions and concerns, also gave me tips on how to avoid insects that we’re trying to get rid of. He sprayed the whole…
Sergio was very professional, punctual and friendly. We were happy with his performance.
Sergio is a great communicator, great attitude and always on time and thorough. Home Shield is fortunate to have him as an employee!
I contacted HomeShield & from the beginning, service was great. Tom was polite & professional when quoting me & wasn’t a pushy salesman. My tech, Sergio, arrived for the first treatment in the time frame provided and was thorough, polite & professional. Happy I chose HomeShield!
This was our first treatment and our technician, Antione, was amazing! He was extremely professional, courteous and polite. A true gentleman. His knowledge of pest control was non short of any expert in the field. He explained things well from how to keep bugs down to the safety of the chemicals. We are so fortunate…
Antione is very communicative and knowledgeable. He has great customer service skills and was very helpful and kind. He got everything done quickly and was very good about working around my toddler and making sure she wasn’t in the room when he sprayed. Thank you!
Abraham is the man! He’s helped me at two different houses and always does a great job and has the best customer service.
Abraham is great! Easy service, always on time, and the impact the quarterly service has made is very noticeable. 10/10 would reccommend !
Abraham was professional and helpful in moving few items off the floor prior to spraying the chemical in the floor. I appreciated that he did that because often time people will only work around it. Also, he was flexible where I would need him to apply the solution for ants control. Thank you.
HomeShield Pest Control has been a reliable, professional pest control service that has protected my family over the years. Bryan the technician who serviced one of my family members was great. He took his time and assured our concerns will be taken care of. He was good at communicating with time arrival and what was done.
Hopper was great. Fast, efficient, and answered all my questions.
Bryan was super helpful, friendly and thorough. He explained the natural oil-based spray he used for the exterior. The rep over the phone was super friendly as well (I didn’t catch his name when he said it). We’ve been using Homeshield for a while now and I definitely see a difference with pesky mosquitoes and…

Excellent customer service and always very detailed with services provided. They also take your pets into consideration prior to service. Reasonable prices. Have not had any issues with ants, spiders, or fleas, since I have started services over a year ago.

Wow! Always a great experience with HomeShield! When we moved from OC to LA, I was so thankful that we were able to stay with this pest company. Both SERGIO for our routine visit, and DAVID DE GUZMAN for our termite consultation were prompt, knowledgeable and thorough 👍

3 days ago ants took over my house! Since I have small children, I was terrified and wanted to clean the house as soon as possible. I called Home Shield (I used their services before, I just put on hold the service for the winter). Dee came the next day and did a very thorough job, plus found the source of the…

Sergio is our technician and he is the best!! We have not had any ants since he started servicing us. We are very happy!
Sergio is exactly the kind of guy you want doing this job. His rigorous approach and attention to detail are evident on his first visit to your property as well as his 30th visit to your property. He also happens to be a great guy (just fyi), but his knowledge and work ethic are second to none!
